Insta360 ONE X2 ⚡Recommended Camera Settings⚡for 360 Video

Recommended Camera Settings for the Insta360 ONE X2 when you want to record 360 Video.
We rapidly go through the recommended settings and how to setup them up directly via the Insta360 ONE X2 interface.
We use the ONE X2 interface as some settings such as 'Voice Commands' and 'Light Flicker' are hard (maybe impossible) to set via the app.
Summary of Settings:
BOTTOM MENU: Video Icon Showing & 5.7 K with:
25 fps - 50 Hz countries
30 fps - 60 Hz countries

LEFT MENU: 360 should be showing
TOP MENU: Voice Command: OFF (on occasion I have had the device stop recording because it thought I gave it a voice command).
Light-Flicker: (see map in video)
50Hz - 50 Hz countries
60Hz - 60 Hz countries
RIGHT MENU: AUTO

idk why my video quality is so much low!! others same as my camera model are much better!! X2 mine!!

Because your Bitrate onli 200bit max. if you want video best avarate bitrate upper 1000. Chose .Mov to Render, for get 400.000 bitrate
