“The Perfectionists” was honestly too good to cancel after ONE SEASON! It had enough of the original PLL characters and storyline to tie into the new plots, and yet it was its own world too. I use to love PLL but idk watching it now it’s weird, like adults stalking and harassing children, teachers sleeping with students.. PLL was messy from the beginning, with like the 5 year jump there was in the 6th season or whenever that was. It just made the show too messy.

@@amberbernay besides the show having low ratings, it was the emison fans that are to thank for the show being canceled after only one season. they were pissed about their favorite ship breaking up that they quit watching the show which is what caused the spinoff to have low ratings. I loved the couple but that didn't stop me from watching the show. I cared more about the plot than the ships. tbh, so many fans are toxic. you shouldn't care that much about a ship that you stop watching a show when you don't like that they break up. why even watch a show if you're going to be the cause of it being canceled?
this is the first reboot. Ravenswood was a spin-off that even had a back door pilot in PLL that followed Caleb and the neighboring town and The Perfectionists was the second spin-off that followed Allison and Mona after the PLL series finale.

I feel like instead of this idea they’re doing they should do the story line of Addison Alisons mini me. The last episode from the OG ended with Addison missing and her friends not knowing were she is. Have Bailee play Addison. I feel like making her be Addison and going missing because she was a mean girl and made enemies. I’ve never seen Bailee play a mean girl and I feel like that would be a good story line for her. plus I would also love to see what iconic missing outfit they would use for Addison. Like Alisons iconic Yellow top. Idk just a thought

I will give this a shot just because of Maia, i watched her on the 2 seasons of Kally's Mashup and yesterday in the permier of her movie
Seems cool and the premise of the new version seems unique

You see I knew this was gonna happen. Am I the only one that sees how the black hood plot is insanely similar to the A plots in PLL- and also some other scenes from riverdale was so similar to PLL. I’m not surprise that riverdale producers are making a pll spinoff/reboot.
nothing beats the original in my opinion.
Nothing will beat the original, but I’ll still watch and judge since there’s nothing else during summer tv season.
I know a guy who was going for a role on the show i can’t wait to watch mainly because my friend and I loved PLL a little tea I know one character is on house arrest
I hope they bring the original cast.

bro why dont they just bring the old cast back. the spin off with the orignal cast would be amazing. they would bring in more money and publicity.
The cast already moved on. Season 8 of PLL was very possible, but the majority of the cast didn’t want to continue so they end it in season 7
The OG PLL will always be my favorite so I hope this reboot is worth the watch 😕
I feel as though it's way too soon for a reboot of pll I was only in middle school when this show started and was fresh out of high school when this ended and I'm only 23

As a pll fan I don’t think I’m gonna watch the reboot the original version is the only version possible.
