Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury. How very, very true. Queen are still legends, despite Freddie Mercury had sadly died, almost 27 years ago, aged just 45, on 24th November, 1991, from AIDS, and bassist John Deacon retired in 1997. Their music, without Freddie Mercury, and John Deacon is just as awesome, when they performed with Queen.

I didn’t who Freddie Mercury or Queen was when I first saw this movie. I had just gotten home after school and my cousin had this movie playing. I remember the first time I heard their songs through this movie and I was absolutely amazed. I sat the rest of the day watching this movie and didn’t move once. When it was over I asked my cousin, “Who was that about?” And she looked at me and I swear she disowned me and then re-owned me within 2 seconds and then she said, “That was about Freddie Mercury and Queen. You don’t know who they are?” I shook my head and I asked more questions and she answered them. Ever since then, I have been obsessed with Queen and I don’t think the obsession will ever go away.

In interviews, Freddie hated it when reports said he was the main band member or the lead. He always insisted that without ALL the band members, there’s would have been no Queen and he was just lead vocal, nothing more. Top guy

I can guarantee one thing from this movie: Spotify's top charts will be filled with Queen songs.
Back in 85 at Live Aid I stood about ten feet away from Freddie when he was on stage. When he was getting the crowd to repeat back to him the sounds he was making I was right underneath him. When I freeze the D.V.D I can see the side of my head and Freddie in the same shot. I remember when he was singing all I kept thinking what the hell am I going to do when this gig ends. I knew it was a life changer for all the 80.000 or so of us that were there that day. He had us all in the palm of his hand. Sometimes I just cant listen to Queen it just makes me too sad. I think I will go and see this on my own. I remember when he died man I wept. Worst of all if he had kept taking his medication he probably I say probably could still be alive. Rest in Paradise You legend.

My hometown wembley! I wasn't even born when LiveAid happened but my mum was sat on her nan's doorstep listening to Queen. She said it was very emotional and she wasn't even there! We're going to the premiere at Wembley arena and we're so excited!!
I would love to get tickets to see the premier. I still have my Live Aid Tickets I wonder if showed up at the door if they would let me in. Have fun.

@@matthewfinnegan4482 for most of the gig i was sitting in the seats at the side. I only went up front when Mel Smith and griff came on dressed as policeman cause i knew queen were comming on next. It wasnt like a normal concert it was a 12 hour gig. We were all walking around all day.

dont trust the critics, this is the best movie i've ever seen in a theater, not to mention, the acting was insanely amazing. totally even forgot they were actors. most of us came out of the cinema crying, still singing, and super satisfied. DEFINITELY a must watch.

I recently finished this movie and I can say that it is the greatest movie of all time, just the way that everyone split apart in a way and then created a family-like relationship again was amazing. These people are legends.

I've seen this movie several times and I keep coming back for the trailer. They did such a great job with this film and Rami was as perfect with Freddie as Jamie was with Ray. Like he was born for the role.

This movie "Bohemian Rhapsody" is very good.
Rami Malek and everyone are impressive,
they feel so real and the story believable as well as genuine.
I watched the movie 4 times in a row.
Of course there is never and will never be another Freddie Mercury,
he is in a class of his own and unique.
And when the news came on the radio that Freddi was gone, it couldn't be believed.
Even though I was young and I live in Finland, I still felt that a unique person had now disappeared.
Today I am 50 years old and I have a Queen cd at home,
and yet it sounds as good as it did 30-35 years ago when I was young
I still listen to their productions
Thanks to this movie, my classmates finally know queen and have improved their music taste.

I watched this movie a few months ago when it first came out and it was AMAZING!!!even as a 15 year old I could tell that these actors really portrayed queen well, not just because I could tell they were good at acting but because while walking out of the theater at the end of the movie I happen to look to the left of me and see a man who looked to be in his 70’s or 80’s silently crying with his hands on his mouth. It touched me deeply to think that this movie probably touched his heart in a special way and made me think about what kind of life he lived and what kind of memories he made listening to their songs
I took my grandfather to see this movie when it came out in cinemas because I love Queen but my grandfather loves Queen more than anyone else I know he is a superfan of Queen and he saw them four times in concert back in the day and by the end of the film he was crying and I'd never seen him cry at anything in my life. It was a pretty special moment for us both :)
Had he lived, Freddie would be 74 by now, your grandfather’s age... he was probably reliving those good old days, remembering friends who’ve gone... and thinking it’s so sad that someone so full of life died in his 40s

I wasn't a fan of Queen before I saw the movie. Now I am. I think this is one of the best movies I've ever seen
If the DGA had a little backbone and given Dex Fletch directing credit instead of pedo Brian Synger final directing credit, I would have seen it. Sure the studio tried to cover it up by saying Singer was fired because he continued arriving late to the set. Nonsense. It was because of the pedo revelations.
