Ranging from the 1920's art deco to the very now grandmillenial, there's a lot to cover! The pastoral vibes of cottagecore, the over the top personality of maximalism, and the sleek and warm desert modern will be covered here as well.
There are so many decor styles out there, it's a lot to take in. In part three of this series, we'll take a look at different decor styles five at a time to help you work out what you like, what you don't, and what will bring you joy in your home!

I love clean, uncluttered spaces, but my home has always been a magnet for antiques and beautiful items collected from travels, either mine or family members’. I’m reveling in the whole more is more vibe happening now! I’m not used to being on trend :-). Thanks for this breakdown of the differences. I love them all! Cottagecore, grandmillenial and maximalism all smooshed together with a southwestern Ralph Lauren flair thrown on top! Somehow it works and feels cozy instead of chaotic to me. Probably because each item has sentimental meaning or purpose. I feel surrounded by loved ones and special memories.

There's definitely this misconception that maximalism and these more maximalist type styles are just busy/cluttered, but there's definitely an organization to it! It sounds like you know exactly what you love and have filled your home to match, that's such an incredible feeling to have sentimental pieces around you

Isn't it crazy how many there are? There is definitely overlap and some great ways to incorporate multiple styles, but here are so many more I haven't gotten to yet!
