These videos, that I DON'T EVEN WA8 have been instrumental in helping me and my doctor do something that we together have never been able to do. Namely, sleep without drugs!!!
I suffer from Chronic Insomnia and have for over 60 ,maybe 50 years. I'm 64.
I've been taking Xanax, 2 mg for over probably 15 years. Taking a ' bar' or ' plank ' is the only way I can lay down and go to sleep.
It's my brain. It never shuts down. Ever.
When I lay down at night, no matter what I've done that day, no matter how physically wore out I am, I just can't fall asleep.
I just lay there and roll around. My thoughts never cease.
I think about the day. What I did. Or didn't do. Or tomorrow. What I'm going to do. What I didn't get done. What I should have done. Why I didn't get it done. What I'm going to do tomorrow to be more productive. And on and on.
I might, maybe get 3 fitful hours out of 7 or 8 in bed. Its horrible. I may go 4 or 5 days on a row and get a total of 10 to 15 hours over that time frame.
I've tried every sleep aid there is. Prescription or OTC. AMBIEN does work. It's way too strong though. I get up after 6, 7 hours and am hung over.
But these 432 mhz sound tracks do help!!! It's been 3 weeks now and I've conditioned myself to listen and fall asleep in less than 30 minutes. I know because I ne8, ever hear the music stop. If it's a 30 minute video, I just play it. If longer, I set it for the last 30 minutes.
I say a quick prayer and just lay down. I usually wake up 3 or so hours later. Then, repeat. I can now get a full night's sleep.

When I had Covid a couple years ago I learned from Perry Stone about the healing benefits of the harp. I measured my oxygen levels after listening just 5-15 min my oxygen went from unacceptable to normal. It was this video. I still listen and have noticeably improved breathing. You can read the research. I found it true. 🥰

Man two weeks ago I had the worst stomach ache from some bad fish I ate! I tired everything all day then I thought to listen to this and within 5 minutes I started feeling relief!
