Part 2 of the Argo Bigfoot 6wheeler revisited story. In this video I get it thawed out a bit and eventually Zachary and I get it loaded on the trailer (not an easy task).
I enjoy seeing You 2 do things together as a Father & Son. I was my Daddy's Right hand & EYES.. He never wanted a Son.. He taught me so much. As a woman I am a Jack if all trades & very much a lady.. I miss You Daddy Thank You for Unconditional Love.
Interesting how the wheels finally freed up once on the trailer...that argo is a great machine and am looking forward to seeing it running after Zach performs his magic...thanks for sharing.
Hey Joe, just a tip. If you hook a come a long to the front of the trailer bed(part thats up in the air where the tilt pin goes) you can winch almost anything right up onto the bed pretty easily. Looking forward to seeing the argo back up at the tent!
One of the guys at our family business 35 years ago did that with a salamander heater on a delivery truck inside our warehouse. It had a frozen fuel line which he had disconnected first, then took his lunch break without telling anyone. Lost over a million dollars of inventory and a 40,000 square foot warehouse and 10,000 sq. Ft. Office and showroom, not to mention the lives he jeopardized of other employees and the 10 fire departments firemen. Just a warning to others, notice Joe knew the risks and did it outside away from his buildings and vehicles
Great vlog. Love seeing Dad and Son working together. Also Joe how generous you are with such very little time you have. You always seem to be on the go. I guess why not?! We are in the ground a lot longer. Thanks for sharing. Til next time stay safe. Sincerely Michelle Pup Harley and Kitty Liam Arlington Massachusetts
On this day we did the argo, the following day we went ice fishing and then today I drove back up to Cloquet because we are possibly going to get another snowstorm. I wake up in the mornings sometimes not knowing what bed I am in. Lol.
Good show! It make a body feel good to resurrect something that bugs ya every time you walk or drive past it mouldering away doesn’t it? Good bonding and teaching moments as well. Problem solving is a most important homesteading and farming skill.
I figured for sure that the wheels would of freed up after you had that kerosene heater on it with the tarp! But at least you got it on the trailer. Will be watch for Zach to post video of getting it running. Great video! Juddie - J & J TOA
Awsome video..its been -40 to -55 air temperature without the wind for the last month where I am in Canada and 4 feet of snow..brutal lol..I got my tent set up on a remote lake but I havent been out..I would to have the stove going full blast at all times so I dont freeze to death..not fun lol
Hey Joe, would still love to get you and Zach out on lake of the woods one of these days. the fishing has been fantastic and I think it would make for a great episode for you.
JoeandZachSurvival no ,I understand about down time! I was just curious to know how things go up there! I work construction my life, but in the deep south. it's just amazing to me how people. have adapted to that crazy intense weather. if we get a threat of snow here, the schools shut down for sure, and it looks like you guys drive normal speed with the roads covered lol! now this is coming from Alabama and the thing I know is ,do not slam on your brakes. thanks for replying Joe and Melissa!
If it had tracks yes or if the snow is not deep. The Argo is horrible in deep snow unless it has tracks. Sometimes there is hardly no snow on the ice and in that case (as long as I can get it from the land to the ice) it would work fine. Years ago prior to making videos I did do that one year.
Great video! I did notice some material on the Right Front wheel of your truck, hopefully nothing serious, you've probably noticed as well and it's been fixed. I would hate to break down in that weather! What kind of boots do you wear in the up there to keep your feet warm and dry?
Glad to see you getting things ready!!! People should worry about you out there bye yourself. It’s a show and we sure like you and it but what if something happened to you walking across that lake. I know you look in great shape but you can’t see heart issues!!!! Good move!!!
Do like that trailer that you have to haul the Argo. Is that considered a snowmobile trailer? I do not know since we do not have those machines in the Deep South.
Joe, is there some way to get a message to you that isn't public. I have a lake for you to catch rustys by your tent. I've trappped them there last summer and in years past.
I've been watching now for a few weeks trying to get caught up. I cant for the life of me figure out how you and sara are related. Is she your daughter??
He will take over this series now. There will be several videos. We are not just going to get it running (which he did the night after he took it) we are going to go through it and replace parts that are worn out etc.

You know you're from a cold climate when you can tell how cold it is by the sound the snow makes under someone's feel!
Hahha squeaky means cold as shit.
i heard the sound of the steps ... feels pain in the ass .
The packs of snowmobile's you see on the side of the road is a good indicator.

That started to look like a what could go wrong moment
Always a great video hello from Oklahoma
just curious about what your employees do when there is no work, unemployment or different jobs?
We have some down time in the winter. Just because I am home does not mean they are always not working.
JoeandZachSurvival no ,I understand about down time! I was just curious to know how things go up there! I hope that machine was worth all that work. Wow.
Yep I saw Bigfoot in the tree line when he covered the 4x4
Hey Joe would that be good for taking across the lake in the Winter for your Winter Trips to the Tent ???
If it had tracks yes or if the snow is not deep. The Argo is horrible in deep snow unless it has tracks. Sometimes there is hardly no snow on the ice and in that case (as long as I can get it from the land to the ice) it would work fine. Years ago prior to making videos I did do that one year.
Team work!
Hey man you are so amazing.
Expensive bit of kit, gone to the dogs mate.
Zach had it running in less than 10 hours.
The world would be a better place if all trucks came with locking diffs!
Great video!
I did notice some material on the Right Front wheel of your truck, hopefully nothing serious, you've probably noticed as well and it's been fixed.
I would hate to break down in that weather!
What kind of boots do you wear in the up there to keep your feet warm and dry?
There are several brands of winter boots you can buy up here. It is whatever fits your needs.
My money would have been on the Farmall "M" !! good video ..
wumb3 long cold ride. the M is at Duluth. the Argo is in the Twin Cities. LOL
Kenneth Law ouch: long ride!!
block and tackle with a come along would work loading it too, hope to see it run
I sure was glad to see Zack out there helping you Joe it's a lot of work all by yourself have a good day
I bet Zachary will have it running by next day! He is handy just like u Joe!
Secret for you Bailey. He took it home and at 12:18 in the morning he sent a text to my phone saying he had it running. Lol.
Glad to see you getting things ready!!! People should worry about you out there bye yourself.
It’s a show and we sure like you and it but what if something happened to you walking across that lake. I know you look in great shape but you can’t see heart issues!!!! Good move!!!
Really enjoy your Argo video.😁
I thought for sure the Argo would’ve burned up! 😂
that's how a lot of things got started 30 years ago. a few things burnt up, but not as many as you would think.
So u r such an active guy. So what time on average do u get to bed and when do u get up. Just curious. Great video as always
to bed around 11 and up about 5. I average 6 hours of sleep. I grab a nap when I can.
Do like that trailer that you have to haul the Argo. Is that considered a snowmobile trailer? I do not know since we do not have those machines in the Deep South.
I love that trailer and use it for almost everything. Yes we call them snowmobile trailers up here.
how many hour is Zack from your house , merci
45 minutes.
👍🤠
boy those fords sure don't get around very well. lol
Were did you get the Pizza it looked pretty good
Mama Delucas in Nowthen Minnesota.
I can’t believe it didn’t catch on fire! LOL
Do u think that u could use that for winter trip?
If I put tracks on it yes. A snowmobile would be a better choice. Years ago I did use the 6wheeler one time for the winter trip.
👍
I see where you get Your Humbleness
If you are interested I saw an Argo 6x6 for sale in Saint Francis. It is on the Anoka Area Buy Sell Trade facebook page.
holly molly (-17 f ) , here in Saudi arabia tonight it'll be (40f ) and we curious about it ...
You guys are ass-kickers. That was some BIG effort! Alright, next is Cars and Cameras street legal golf cart doin' wheelies!
Joe, is there some way to get a message to you that isn't public. I have a lake for you to catch rustys by your tent. I've trappped them there last summer and in years past.
Yes. joe@homeandcabinconstruction.com Please email me and tell me about it. Thank You.
I knew Joe wouldn't quit till he had it done.
👍👍🇨🇦
Success.
That will give Zackery a good winter garage project
I've been watching now for a few weeks trying to get caught up. I cant for the life of me figure out how you and sara are related. Is she your daughter??
Why didn’t you put that over in the fall ? I don’t mean to be an a$4 but.
Fall is super busy and we had no idea Zach was going to do this. If we had it would have been a hundred times easier to get loaded.
Awesome. It will be nice to see it running again.
Wow. So close plastic didn't melt or burn. Drag it into the barn should have been done.
Nope, then the barn would have smelled like diesel and I could have burned the building down.
Now Zach needs to post the video of getting it going lol
He will take over this series now. There will be several videos. We are not just going to get it running (which he did the night after he took it) we are going to go through it and replace parts that are worn out etc.
JoeandZachSurvival can’t wait!
Looks mighty cold Joe. Good idea to melt the ice. Or would of been the biggest bbq in your area 🤣
Great little video
Can't wait to see the tent video
It LIVES!
Time to put a winch bumper and winch on the ford
My brother had one like that and he said you need to disassemble the wheels and grease them every fall
where there's a will, there's a way!!!!!!
When’s the fishing?
Already went, I am editing the video right now when I get the chance.
What is Zack’s Channel name?
czcams.com/channels/KVk0O_E7K7ZeQGJhOVeDGQ.html
