Agreed! I’ve gone and bought stuff three times already lol. The workers were saying so many people were coming and buying Halloween. They were having issues with keeping the shelves stocked.
I went to my local Micheals and they still didn't have all there holloween stuff out, maybe it's because I'm in Florida and still 100 every day.
I was thinking that it was a great move and probably not too expensive to put that sort of wallpaper backing out with their displays. It is so much more visually appealing as opposed to just putting it on those plain ecru shelves. Big difference between them and my local Joanne's

21:55 actually, the "gnomes" are typically used in Danish households and are called Nisse! They're typically associated with the christmas season, but many believe them to come "alive" and leave little offerings so that they'll protect the home and not play pranks! This may not be 100% true but this is what I learned from some Danish channels 🥰
Those romantic Halloween items would be adorable for Valentine's as well... love it! The pastel halloween vibe does nothing for me. I saw one pink pumpkin with glitter that was kinda cute, but I still can't wrap myself around pastel halloween.

I started a Halloween channel because of you! I've tried my hand at many different channels, but they never did very well, but it's probably because my content was all over the place and I never knew what to upload. This time around my channel is doing pretty well for only being up for a month. Hey Jade! I just want to relay, in case you didn't know, that the winged mini statue at Ross (at 23.30) which you show while mentioning "gothic looking stuff", is actually a miniature replica of an ancient Greek statue (or technically votive monument) called Nike of Samothrace, or Winged victory of Samothrace, the original displayed at the Louvre's main stair case (since 1884 actually) 😁
Thank you for this info! I LOVED that statue when it popped up in the video and will keep checking my Ross stores to see if I can find it, but it's nice to know it's a famous statue and that if I can't find one, I can hopefully find a regular version somewhere else and spray paint it black. 🙂
A lot of pieces out in stores look nice, but I wish some didn't have writing on them like EEk/BOO/etc, it cheapens it and can be hard to use year round if you can't hide the writing.

It’s like stepping close to a fire after showering with your clothes on. Our humidity will hit 100% here near Orlando later today. 😱 that mess is the weather for 10 months of the year here. The other 2 it’s a bit drier and highs in 70/80s. I want seasons!!

1:21:40 I usually like the black more often but I’m seeing a few pieces in the pastel that I like and I think it’s just kind of cool to add a bit of cheering to Halloween that doesn’t have to be so bloody and dark and it can be fun and cheery for some people.

It's so sad... Hobby lobby in the south used to be one of the places to go. Now, I went to search and it's all fall, Thanksgiving, and Christmas and Halloween was nowhere. So when I asked about it, the helpers was like we don't do Halloween decor no more.... Yea, they lost a lot of customers that are Halloween shoppers.

I was at dollar tree last week, came across that singing ghost at 1:11:52 and I switched one on to hear what it said (I had never seen it before). The switch got stuck on 'on' and I couldn't get it to stop singing for a (what felt like a very long) minute. I was mortified.
