I am that employee ;u; but pro tip: Don't do it on every slide, just one, group, then copy+paste (not sure if grouping made pasting as an image obsolete). This goes for anything that has to appear multiple times. Also, hidden slides save lives. A slide to create things so you don't have a bunch of assets slowing down your project.
Powerpoint is able to do some fancy stuff if you put some time into it. One time I made a firework animation. Without a gif. In retrospect, I dont know why I did that but it looked cool.

you can use an online free png trasnparent converter on the inetenret it maybe not be perfect but 80% it saved me ton of time
