Thank You a lot! Really appreciate Your friendly help *☆♡♡♡▪(•◇•)▪
Mary Midnight to all, and to all a goodnight! Great tunes, especially this one!
FANTASTIC BAND ❤
This album needs full vinly release. Thank you very much for share.
I was able to catch Wildwood numerous times in the Turlock Modesto area in venues like the Turlock Fairgrounds and the California Ballroom in Modesto Modesto Jr. College, often with the great South band Country Weather. Great concerts with unsigned bands!
Keep diggin’ up those psych nuggets; I can’t get enough.😎✌🏽☮️🎸
Mary Midnight....LOVE that one!!
Wonderful Band, should be famous like the doors
Класс! Прямо затащился))
I'm seeing a lot of folks compare this band to the Doors. Why? They both have the jazzy Moog organ, but that's about the only similarity I hear. Not much like Doors at all, really. Wildwood is it's own thing for sure but I think much of this sounds much more akin to Steppenwolf....(along the vein of The Pusher?) It's pretty good no matter who you compare them to though. I'm glad you posted this, it's a great find! 😁
Ray Manzarek of the Doors mainly used a Vox Continental organ, not a Moog. Also, Moog made synthesizers, not organs.
Pretty much every garage rock band used an organ too, the doors didn't start it or have claim to it
@@RoninAvenger i think the seeds can be one of those groups the doors could be compared to
Sorry Guys I've been Playing Keyboards My Whole Life Since I was 8 Years Old and I 1st Played a " Way Un- Kool" 120 Bass Buttons Accordion! then @ 15 Years Old I Bought and Played an Organ that's Why I can Say here that the Type of Organ Used here is Definately either the Itialian Made Transistorized , Like I Owned and Played, a 1960s "Farfisa" "Combo Compact Deluxe" Organ or which I Owned Too the " Farfisa" "Compact Duo" Organ It's Dual Manuals/ Double Keyboards Variant and the Amplifier being used with it I would Say is a Model 145, or the Taller, Model147, " Leslie" Speaker Amplifier ,which is the Model 122
" Leslie" Size Height Speaker Amplifier and to Connect the Organ to it ,I'll Say Definately is using a
" Leslie" "Combo Preamp ll"Pre-Amp ll Interface which has a 1/4" Female Mono TS Input Jack to Connect a Male 1'4" TS Audio Signal/ Guitar Type Cable to the 1/4" Female Mono TS Output Jack on the Bottom of the Organ and Male and Female 9 Pin " Amphenol Connectors Plugs and Sockets You Connect a" Leslie" Cable between the Pre- Amp the
" leslie" Speaker! Amplifier! I had Two Model 122 " Leslie" Speaker Amplifiers Connected to My 1971 Hammond B3 Organ with the " Fisher" " Space Expander" Vacume Tube Powered Spring Reverb Option Installed in it that Stayed Home in My Basement Studio and For Playing Out I Now Use a Hammond Skx DualManual Organ connected to a 65 Watt Roland "KC 150 Keyboard Amplifier"! Also the Door's Ray Manzarek 1st Oran Used was a Gibson "G101" Organ or it's Kalamazoo Branded" K101" Identical Organ and what Most are Mistaken for a Moog is the Short 32 Key Keyboard sitting on Top of Either of the 2 Organ Types Ray used is a Fender Piano Bass Keybord He Played Bass On they had No Bass Guitar Player! Hope He Got Extra Pay $ for that?
Agree with your Steppenwolf comparison!!
This is"" PRIMO "" psych
These dudes were from Stockton CA. These guys were psych masters. They ruled the psych scene in central CA. I absolutely love this band. One of my favorite psych bands ever !
That's not easy to say but these guys were that good
One of the greatest psych albums of all time.
Thank you for sharing your memories of this group, cheers !
I am a huge psych and acid rock fan.I was 4-10 when these guys played and my sister turned me on to all the groovy music but i never heard this.I here, steppenwolf, doors and jefferson airplane. These guys are way better than most. There songs are great and compelling.
@@montbob100 hello
They were a great underground West Coast psych band.
Steppenwolf, Doors, Jeff Air, Iron Butterfly influences and I'll toss in a bit of Grand Funk.
This double CD is of recordings never released back in the day. Killer stuff.
What a great group!! I would say they played a very good kind of Rock, but in my opinion they're not psychedelic. Anyway a great discovery! Thanks!!
Always Legendary Music in this Channel...Another Groovy Underrated Band...
@Internet Tourist
Yes. Not the plastic variety
GREAT ALBUM. ,HARD AND HEAVY.🎸🥃
Good for me just now this is my first hearing this album song thanks brothers
This is good and the words of the first song are very apt for today as well as then. Thanks for sharing this. Love it.
Que buen rocanrol ❤🇦🇷
I was hooked after "hey buddy you wanna score a lid?"
Chalkner reminds me of Birthday Party sometimes w/ his vocal inflections on his solo stuff at the end of this. Wildwood County especially.
I ❤🦋 this band 🦋❤🌷🌻☯️☮🌼🌛⭐
this is pure gold
Great, dream man😊
Very good musicians and the band has early Animals vibe
with a great singer like that of eric burdon..brings
feeling and energy to the cool songs to match the great playing..thanks again!
This band does not sound like the Animals. They sound more like Pearl Jam with the yarling type Vocals. And the seated dude in the band photo has that Abe Lincoln image
WoW... BeautifuL Album...
Good Find!!
Thanks For The Upload TBDIH...
49:18 , Mister Wild Love, I Hear Black Sabbath...
What was exciting about living in the sixties is if you wanted to make music you could and did. I know it's easy nowadays to make music, but somehow it was different back then. If I'm right maybe someone can tell me if it's true and why. Back to Wildwood this album is good enough to listen to all the way through. Thanks for sharing. Dedicated to all the old garages of the past.
John Mitchell
You are so right brother, you're so right
Back then band mates mattered. Now it's the toys.
It is different, today it is cut corner and simple with technology to make music if you know how. Getting it out there, again with technology it is simple. Internet = overnight sensation, if you got something and do it right. These folks and all the pioneer musicians from the early days had to play every high school gymnasium, or whatever mickey mouse venue, from Portland Maine to Santa Monica California and everywhere up down and in between to get their music out and do who knows what with the radio stations to get their records played. That is how so many good bands fell through the cracks, the music was just a small part, all the BS had to be mastered as well which was a lot of hard work and hit or miss.
It's harder for my generation today to make music and have it be successful. You can make music sure, but there's no more creativity or open mind for new styles among most people now. You have to fit a certain sound that is mainstream and even then you probably won't be heard.
Way more people wanted and tried to be musicians but failed. Things seem different but really...getting somebody who could do something for you to listen to your 45 rpm indepently made single seemed impossible for most. The competition was huge. Now anybody with a computer can kick up some noise..... there is tons of music...the competition is huge as it always is. More importantly now... there is no filter....no real Disc Jockeys or radio for that matter...seems like everybody is alone with their tunes from all the earphone things I see. Back then there was invention in the air and lots of room to spread out...folks abandoned the old music in droves...recording technology was just getting dialed in. Music was a communal thing...a big club of fans. Things sounded awesome. It doesn't seem like there is much more room for invention at this point but there is plenty of room for great songs and they Are great but.... they seem to be treading well worn trails...not as exciting as hearing Sgt. Pepper for the first or third or tenth time. People actually got together to listen to records. and it seemed like an event......folks probably still do...aw heck I was at our local fm public radio station listening to tunes with the young staff just last Friday. Everything is different and everything is the same...and I'm getting old. Remember it's usually the music you listen to from the age of 10 to 25 that sets most of your musical taste. We are all a bit biased towards that end.
Grande gruppo. Il suono dell'hammond ti entra nel cervello, bella chitarra che ti trasporta nelle verdi praterie. BELLISSIMO disco 👏👏😘😘
Cool Boys 💪!!! Cool Music ✌️!!!
Most excellent, thanks as always.
I keep hearing animals country joe and fish!Steppinwolf?Thank you so much!
A collection of all discovered recordings by a band from Stockton, California, active in 1966-71, who released only two singles in their lifetime.
Wow... I´m amazed how good they are... their music made my day !!
Super musique !
very good lp..........................................................................................
Офигеть, просто кайф!
не то слово)
Best album I've come across in sometime!
Was looking for a Plastic People of the Universe track and found
...a really big and unexpected musically positive surprise for me:)
William Chauker is definitely the best musician nobody’s ever heard of!!!
This album is so excellent. 🙋
I'm going to leave my fury down on this killing floor. I sing, i dance, give me a chance to do my best for you.❤
Gotta Keep Movin' has got a nice Dead Weather feel...
Muy buen grupo. versátiles Rock propio y Heavy, excelente armonía, son una joya este par de discos, no los conocía, gracias por compartir !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wildwood. So good.
California gold.
какой восторг
I am always amazed at how many bands I missed back in the day! Sadly, collecting old vinyI has become an expensive hobby- I see the 45 for 'Plastic People' on ebay for almost $450.00!!
great discovery !!!!
Love this ! and its a long album great ! Thanks for putting up!
Lovin' it; to the MAX!
The Lonely Rocker digs this kinda music!
If the lonely rocker digs it, I know its gotta be good
@@mikebarker7626 you nailed it, pal! thanks!
@@Olegzyan I see your posts on many of these fine LPs. You have good taste my friend
Thanks to The best dream I had, we can hear them
@@mikebarker7626 thank you, pal! I'm flattered!
Blue Eyed Woman makes me feel the blues. Amazing playing. Like it.
The most appropriate description to me is early Bob Seger and the Last Heard.
Very good!!
Congratulation 👏👏👏
Soooooo freakin' awesome goooooooood!
Musique sensational.
Cool for a spliff and a listen. Dig it...groovy keys...and great fuzz guitar tone.
Me gusta el sonido típico de esos años...
Another excellent CA keyboard driven,
heavy guitar rock group that falls somewhere between two other great
West Coast bands in sound from about
the same time period,
STEPPENWOLF and HUNGER.
The music scene must have been
incredible then,especially if you were
fortunate enough to get around and
see a ton of these acts live.
WILDWOOD had it all going for them
musically, it seems. But like so many
others, success eluded them.
But it doesn't take away that they were
an important piece of the history of
Sixties Rock.Good Stuff here.
Dan Bartko
Great comment.That was so cool

The keyboard is transcendent! Good. 🇧🇷
Gracias excelente buena época
Agradecido de escuchar estos CD, conocía blind faith, traffic, Spencer Davis group, y ahora esta maravilla..
GEM , really POWERFULL !
Thanks for the upload , your channel is just Amazing ☄
🤘😈🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🤘😈Fantastyczna rewelacyjna muza super.
On par, and in some ways superior to Doors.
I can't believe this music is half a century old and still resonates.
One of the few benefits of being old is remembering when this stuff was made.
I hope that someday they find the recognition they deserve as a result your putting this out.
Much appreciated.
Love the sound but to put them on par with the Doors is a stretch. There was and always will be only one James Douglas Morrison. There were many bands back then that could jam like this one but none had the complex and intellectual lyrics of the Doors. They were once in a lifetime.
@@pgh1all1 sexier than the Lizard King too 🥰😍😘
Doors + early Uriah Heep perhaps. Absolutamazing band, i never heard of.
@@MC-jv6fs Also Crow
Fantastic stuff!!! Thank you!!
Grupos dos anos 60, ponho fé.
Il n'y a pas à dire, ce son de musique, le rythme... avec la voix qui donne bien, c'est le pied.
Oups... Ne pas oublier l'orgue (Fender, Hammond, ...)
WOW!
que interesante y buena música. Como siempre gracias.
This is smoking hot. Loving it. Thanks man.
great stuff!
Impresionante banda de la talla de las majores estilo a mi concepto en algo parecido a the cream es satisfactorio encontrar algo asi thank you
La canción Plastic People, posible influencia del programa de televisión Plastic.
The far out sounds of rock.
Great record TNX
Gran voz y gran instrumentación
Me sabe a mucho a Steppenwolf, y ese sabor le encanta a mis orejas. Buena esa Thebestdream I had
Discazo ! No dejas de sorprendernos...gracias
Lit af 🔥
Damn this is good
Blues rock gracias
wish I had a time machine so i could go back and turn up Frank Colli's bass lel.. kickdrum ride is fun too tho, great upload!
Muito bom, vocal bem rasgado , ritmo envolvente
I saw Iron Butterfly live around 1970.
Innagadavida had a drum solo that was 45 min long! And it was very good, not boring.
'Mary Midnight' was the best Electric Six single before Dick Valentine was probably even born.
Great band
I likey. It's a wee bit Beefhearty at first, then more traditional, late 60s, English blues.
I wonder if Czechoslovakian jazz outlaws (they played in the forests surrounding Prag in the 70s and 80s, and fans only knew by word of mouth...) Plastic People of the Universe got their name from this. Some Westerner could've brought it to the jazz loving Czechs. I saw them in Brno in 2019, I think, celebrating 50 years the same year as Frenchies Magma...🤔
Magickal psychedelic garage happenings from another tragically overlooked band😈😈
Far out!
"Mothers" - reminiscent of "Kaleidoscope" by Procol Harum. Realy great !
The drumming very credence Susie q on the 2nd track 😊
Another Gem!! Where does this guy find these?? Goes to show u how much the radio didn't play back then and how much we all unfortunately missed. But hey! youtube brings it too us now that we're old bastards, lol!
Это офигенно
6 of 5 - power for 2 superbands -- what did they do after this time?
