There aren’t a ton of songs that try to be as hypnotic as it. Red Velvet: Dumb Dumb, this is the full embodiment of the red concept. I haven’t known peace since I listened to this song, it’s that good. Aespa: Black Mamba, best debut and really unlike anything I’ve ever seen from SM girl groups.

But my favorite girl group is Red Velvet, and SNSD is really close up there as well, maybe my 5th favorite girl group. f(x) is amazing too and I love them a lot. And I finally recently started stanning aespa so I don’t love them nearly as much but I still like them and they have great music :) As for boy groups, my favorites ever are SHINee & TVXQ. EXO is really high up on my list as well. NCT I like well enough. We’ll see how I like their newest group.
SM had and still has a lot of great groups, I'm S.E.S. and f(x)'s fan it's been a while since i listen to another girl group outside SM. I actually don't know almost anything about actual ggs. Since f(x) left SM theres no more kpop for me, i found interesting that bc so many of my sm stan friends got stucked in their respective sm fav ggroup like they know very well how to create perfect groups but sadly they don't know how to manage and treat them well
