Dear sir i have installed Eastman solar setup with 1050 inverter. I have some doubts. When i switch on inverter switch it shows mains off and battery is not charging. But grid is connected with full supply 220 volt. When i make inverter off then it show mains on and battery is charging. My question is that when grid is connected and inverter is on does the load take power from battery or grid. Pls help me. I am your subscriber

(1) PCU का फैन on होता है या नही , PCU का temputure जब 65 डिग्री से ज्यादा होगा तो फैन अपनेआप चालू होगा और tempture कम होते ही बंद होगा (2) मुझे लगता है कि PCU का फैन काम नही कर रहा है और गर्मी ज्यादा है इस लिए PCU का भी tempture 90 डिग्री के आसपास पहुच रहा है जिसके कारण high Tempure प्रोटेक्शन on हो रहा है । (3) आप टोलफ्री नंबर 18004198610 पर अपनी कंप्लेनट लिखवा दे

You should change setting with the help of MENU and select Grid Charging Mode : Enable / Disable . This should be " Enable " and Grid Reconnect Voltage Mode : 11.2V/11.8V . This should be 11.8V Change . You change the menu setting with the support of Change switch .

Sir,mera bhi east man pwm pcu 1400 va solar inverter hai. Inverter pcu mode par hai. Har din 1/3 ganta load shetting hota hai. 12 volt, 150 ah battery, 2 panel( total 340 watt). Har morning 7.30 am inverter grid automatic disconect hota hai. Then all power battery se calte hai, solar se charge bhi hoti hai. But battery voltage less than 11.8 volt , then grid on and charge bhi hota hai. So there is no power saving? How can i get power saving?
Sorry for delay respond . You are using EC mode of charging . It's first preference is Solar then Grid . And Grid will connect if battery reaches 11.8Vor 11.2V as depend on setting . You are connected only 320W panel with PCU suggested to increase upto 900Wp with this model PCU . 320Wp panel is not sufficient to run load and charging properly . Also Inform you that PCU - PWM is only solution to charge battery along with Grid . Also check your connecting load and health of battery .This also play important role in solar .Also Inform you Grid Tie Inverter is 100% electricity saving solution .

Low charging is always better for battery life . Secoundly battery need to change full app 16~24 hrs .If availibilty of electricity is bad then battery charging setting should be high , if electricity condition is good then charging setting should be Low .
Your quarry is not belongs to my video , but I would like to bring your notice that Eastman is supplying / manufacturing batteries for some of reputed companies apart from own battery name which they are selling there own name. Eastman is big OEM manufacturing unit . The quality of Eastman Battey is very upto the mark and passing lot of quality check . Mostly Battery performance depends on customer users I.e Water Topping - Check battery level on Reguler interval and fill if required but ensure not water flow from duck . (2) Cleaning Battery Terminal on Reguler bases and using Gel ( Vesline) if required (3) Proper ventilation & no direct sun light on battety (4) Battery chager - Always suggested to user low current to chage battery . Current should be 1/10 of battery capacity . (5) Proper DM Water uses (6) Proper Discharge of Battery etc. This is generally applicable in all companies battery . Don't worry you should use Eastman battety without any hesitation .
If you have any detail / site detail on battery damage -- inform us so that R&D team will check the reason behind this . Mainly damages due to (1) Battery Loose Connection (2) Over Charging due to Inverter or external charger (3) Battery Terminal short due to external reason or water flow on surface of the battery . I think you are using your PCU under EC condition .
Hi Sir while power cut it's showing fault,a beep sound is coming from it and anything connected to inverter are not working, please help

It's not possible to change battery through electricity if setting is GCD ( Grid Charge Disable).

Also check your mains support voltage should be between 110~280 V

You should go with 4 panel in Pareller because PCU is having 40 Amp SCC , but Suggested to go with three panel of 12V in Pareller
