John Deere 318 with 47'' snow blower

1987 model John Deere 318 tractor with 47' snow blower.
Just brought this home from Williston, ND. It moves 20'' of snow easily, last night's 3'' was nothing to run through quickly.
I'm having an issue with the wiper currently is why it wasn't running; if we have some time without snow clean up on the farm I'll find the time to look into it.
