One Vision and concert intro
The intro is taken from a Queen documentary "Magic Years", the song comes from a great audience video synchronized with excellent soundboard audio taken from "Live Magic". Since it's the last Queen concert, I really hope Queen Productions will release it officially - Hudba

Freddie I was born in '56 but regrettably I never got to see Queen live. But I feel fortunate to have lived during the greatest years of rock, and followed a lot of great bands from their beginning. Thankfully I have accumulated albums, CDs, and live concert DVDs of all the great bands beginning in the 60s, so I can go back in time and hear them again whenever I get the urge. One of the perks of being an old fogey. lol

I don't need to listen to any other band than Queen, they have it all and always have. I like others, but I adore Freddie and the boys. Not on person in Rock can hold a candle to Freddie, many try with defeat. RIP my Rock Star.
Come on Queen Productions please release this entire show, it doesn't matter that there is no video for it, just release the amazing quality soundboard audio please, there is no point in it just gathering dust in the archives, get it out there.

Sad to say but no one recorded the source from the big screen on the day...hence all we have is the small amount of professional footage and the fan footage of the big screen...but the audio survives in full and certainly deserves a full release rather than the butchered edits of Live Magic

Doesn't seem like 32 years ago. Was there at Knebworth and Manchester. What a privilege, that opening just before the band come I the stage still gives me goosebumps.

@peteface24 - The Live Magic tracks were recorded in Wembley (1st night - Is This The World We Created ? , 2nd night - Hammer To Fall) , Budapest (A Kind Of Magic, Under Pressure) and the rest comes from Knebworth Park
Geeez I cant believe it was 25 years ago, this summer. I remeber it like yesterday, and I was somewhere on that crowd of 120,000 people!

From what Greg Brooks replied me on Queenzone, they have something more than half of the concert filmed + a lot of pre-concert shots and backstage interviews
I was there that night too. Wish there was a better copy of it somewhere though. The crowd was huge. I seem to remember FM making a comment about the crowd size which included an expletive :)
Brian May confirmed on his website a long time ago that no-one had the foresight to press record on the live video that was displayed on the big screen, hence no video footage.
This gives mes chills, I think Freddie knew this would be his last live gig, you can tell there's extra energy in his performance.
+Goth World Freddie made a huge amount of "weird" comments during the whole tour, so I guess he DID know he won't be able to do it anymore

John threw his bass guitar into one of his bass amps at the end of the Knebworth show, apparrantly because Freddie had told them he didn't want to tour anymore. The footage of John throwing his bass is on CZcams.

@satualm Well to be honest the audio comes from the official album "Live Magic", so it's a soundboard recording :-) Only the video is an amateur recording
It would be nice if the original TV Anglia news bit from 1986 surfaced too, surely someone recorded it!

@dogsonstring Yes, quite right. I remember everyone just sitting around whilst the support groups were on. Like you said it was easy to walk around the site and even to the front. That all changed for Queen however! Great days.
Many people fail to think. This concert was filmed and recorded for the simple fact that there was a large screen. How do you think they got all those pictures on the screen? It took a lot of cameras. This is the last concert of the Queen at all. Before this concert will go out a reprint of other concerts, such as Budapest.

Im quite certain taht was from the Wembley concert. That recording was used for the Live Magic Album. The live magic album was Wembley, Knebworth (hey it looks really beautiful from up here let me tell you) and Budapest.

@killerqueen501 You're right, it DOES sound very "thin" . If you want the best audience source for the Knebworth show, get "Thank You All" by "Wardour", it should come directly from the master tape

I was there too wiv me mate Brian. got there late just as Quo finished there set. Big Country were crap I thought. . .best memory was some girl walking down through the park with a mini skirt that was just about on. .stepping over all the blokes, i was getting some sun and thought it was a cloud going over, but when I looked up all I saw was a fanny looking at me. we had to laugh as she walked down coz every single bloke in front of us she stepped over sat up in amazement. . .were you one of em?
