      Great Information.
      My few suggestions for you
      Speak a little slow.
      Use natural background.
      Otherwise, everything is ok.

      Random question have you been to Victoria bc on Vancouver island before ? Curious what's the difference between Victoria and Vancouver for crime rate I'm from Alberta looking to move to Surrey in Vancouver or Victoria bc thanks

    • @lifeinvancouverbc9038
      @lifeinvancouverbc9038  Před 4 lety +3

      @@BreakingJJC Yes I've been to Victoria before. The difference between Victoria and Vancouver in terms of crime rate isn't that much of a difference. Victoria just has a little less crime in the area, but that's mostly due to the fact that they have a smaller population than Vancouver. But either way, both cities are safe places to live. If you're asking me though, Victoria is just a little safer due to the fact that it has more of a small-town feel.

    What are the winters like there in Abbotsford? Thinking of moving from Toronto Ontario, sick of the snow and freezing weather.

    • @lifeinvancouverbc9038
      @lifeinvancouverbc9038  Před 3 lety +8

      The winters in Abbotsford are usually made up of a lot of rainy days. It doesn't tend to snow here much - there are actually some years where there is no snowfall at all - so you won't be seeing close to as much snowfall as you see in Toronto. On average it snows about 9 days out of the year only and you'll see the snow build-up to around 1 centimeter. So as you can tell, there is barely any snow build up in the winter months. But in regards to the weather, it does tend to get cold here during those months. The temperature sits at around 3° - 7° C. So it isn't as cold as Toronto but it still is somewhat cold. Hopefully that answers your question.

    Wish to mention the weather situation in each area as it consists a solid reasons for moving there or not.
    Is it right that there're 7 months of rain in mainland area (Surrey - Delta- Burnaby )

    • @lifeinvancouverbc9038
      @lifeinvancouverbc9038  Před 3 lety +1

      Yes, it does rain here quite a bit. But it actually rains 5 1/2 months out of the year. So you're not too far off. But if it makes you feel any better, once the spring and summer months come around it does tend to get really hot here.

    In Abbotsford 6 to 7 months rain. is it true?

  • @MrLovetalwar
    @MrLovetalwar Před 3 lety +1

    Is it true that Abbotsford gets more snow, cold weather than Surrey/ Langley? And that the crime rate overall is higher in Abbotsford?

    • @lifeinvancouverbc9038
      @lifeinvancouverbc9038  Před 3 lety

      No that isn't true. Abbotsford, Langley, and Surrey are all generally the same temperature during the winter. If Abbotsford does have more snowfall it's by just a little, but normally it's the same as Surrey and Langley. Also in regards to the crime rate, due to the fact that Abbotsford is a smaller town, it does have a higher crime rate per capita than Langley but I'd say Surrey and Abbotsford are the same in terms of overall crime. They're both generally safe cities but yes you will see your fair share of crime in the area.

    Good video. Any areas in Abbotsford that should be avoided? and what is the municipality called there, sorry if thats a silly question.

    • @lifeinvancouverbc9038
      @lifeinvancouverbc9038  Před 3 lety +2

      Don't worry that's not a silly question. The municipality is called Abbotsford. An in regards to your questions about any areas in Abbotsford to be avoided, the city doesn't really have any specific area that should be avoided as much as you should just be weary in general about the crimes and gang activity that do tend to do on in the area as a whole. Hopefully, that answers your questions. Thanks for the comment.

    I 100 dollars for monthly bus pass in Sacramento California.

    • @lifeinvancouverbc9038
      @lifeinvancouverbc9038  Před 3 lety

      That's expensive! and here I thought Vancouver and the rest of the Lower Mainland as a whole had some high prices, but even if you live in Downtown Vancouver your transit pass is gonna cost you around $70 - $90 dollars. So $100 for a bus pass in Sacramento is high, especially when you take into account here you're also able to take the Skytrain around as well. In Sacramento, I'm guessing that $100 a month is only for the bus fare? So train services cost you extra?
