Hey Shilpa and Amit… hope both of you are well! If you could make a video on “ how to get a job for recent graduates with no professional experience” it would be helpful.
You know every job requires experience but when students are studying in colleges they usually do part time jobs due to which they don’t have experience in process space. So if you could pls enlighten us how to form a resume for graduates with no professional experience, it would be really helpful.
Other than that you both are doing a wonderful job.

Excellent vlog, plz make a video on types of job contracts in Canada, notice periods, and what to do if an employer eats your salary or wages....same like in Dubai.....m from Dubai and here its a routine that employers eat your overtime money or visa money etc.....in Dubai we can complain in Labour Court...but what about Canada....

Hey Shilpa and Amit, Thanks for this very very informative video. I am trying to get my Canada PR as well as trying for the job offer from any Canadian organization. I have one question here:
I have total of 11 years of experience as Lead and Embedded Software Engineer, where i have worked with multiple MNCs, The roles and responsibilities have been quite similar for me in all the organisations. So do I need to mention my roles and responsibilities for each organization separately (This will make my resume very lengthy which is not good) or if i mention it only for my last organization that would be fine?

Both will be needed. When you share it with any consultant, send word version, when to company, send PDF.

While qualifying your job, you can mention the same. 5 promotions in 5 years, hands on experience in full life cycle of production, including but not limited to 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.....

As people do say if we are appying for the job outside Canada may be under TFWP or for a designated employer under four provinces of AIPP we need to give the references

So if we are applying from canada there don't we have the need to write the address alongwith our country
It's not helpful to get the job. City name is enough for the recruiter to understand if you could commute to the job location.
If applying from out side of Canada can i write country name in cv ?
It's fine not to tell initially. If you are hired, employer will ask the details.

Very much informative video same as your channel, Please also tell me that if somebody has applied for Canadian Immigration through Express Entry and waiting for his ITA but wants to apply in Canada job market also ahead of time, How should he write that he has applied for Immigration, or what will you suggest that should he apply for Jobs before landing to Canada or only after entering Canada?
You can mention this information in the eligibility section. "Application in process under express entry, invitation/copr already received, landing on date....."

You can try colleges in Greater Toronto Area, could be bit expensive than colleges in far locations, but you will get student jobs easily..
