I think she is real GURSIKH in mahraaj's eyes .she is doing gurbani seva and what works for our body is nitnem and discipline ,and sangat haapy to understand msg of guru ji via her,i can not see nothing wrong with it .do nitnem first for 7 days and develop the routine for 7 days atleast ,where less eat ,less sleep and less speak ill of others and then try to compare is it realy worth doing negative coment on her yoga suugestion and if you still think it is against the gurmat do not do that part a,but do share with other people how you felt ,people are having benefit of gurbani and pls let it be

Hi penji, right now bibi ji is doing camps in england. This week in slough. Next week in illford and then the week after in southall. You may also meet and speak personally which they will tell you if you go to the camp.
If you go online to the shree guru nanak mission website and go to events...all the info where u can meet her will be there. She also does camps in canada and india

Mr Harjinder Gill for your information The word yog means union with god and guru ji was against false yogis .And you can wake up a little early and do panj baanian and if you cant do that then dont take the classes its all your choice.She takes classes in early morning because that time is amritvella and during that time we are under the chhatar chhaya of god.Everybody is busy during all the times of day 4to6 is the best time to take classes.

Harjinder Gill? Yog means to connect. If you have not attended any class then you must before you comment. You will then know that this mission actually unites people with Sikh philosophy and Dhan Shree Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Exercises are part of the class which enhance physical health, to allow us to function in all aspects of life, and emphasis is given on Naam simran for healthy mind. In this day and age people are going to Mandir's, leisure centres and trying all means of yoga and leaving Sikh way of life. This Mission is the best answer to stay connected in Sikhi and inspires us to exercise, wether its stretching, warm up exercises as taught in schools, or walking!!!!
when i go to NITNEM ( everyday ) Sister Idnt need to attend any kind of yog or mediation class . Thanks for reply

She has been taking / giving classes in the early morning 4 am to 6 am and this is the time for NITNEM ( PANJ BANIAAN ) IS she a real a GURSIKH or she is against the NITNEM ...., Big doubts ????
Also FYI Baljeet Kaur Ji is actually an actual practical living Sikh I have encountered. She only preaches what she does. Me and you do Nitnem you can't even imagine her Nitnem she is up after midnight and does Nitnem before class. Also much more after class. Please keep in mind she promotes Bani and Nitnem NOT against it!!! Also there are many people that do no nitnem and after attending these camps start Japji Sahib and more Nitnem!!
