Can You Vapor Blast Radiators??

Working on a 1995 Cr250 for a customer and we went ahead and decided to clean up the radiators. Heres a video, check it out!

Do you need to paint or do anything after Vapor blasting so it doesn’t rust?

I personally do not. I have a Deoxidizing solution in my vapor blaster that fights against corrosion

You can design your own on Motocal.com or maybe try eBay. I purchase a set off eBay for my klx140 and they turned out pretty good. I even messaged the selling and had some logos changed around and my numbers added FREE of charge.
