Nice montage you got there, pal. I grew up watching both the Sunbow and DiC versions. I met the voice of Airborne from the former version, Peter Cullen. Granted, I know him best as the voice of Optimus Prime in much of the Transformers franchise. :D
@NTGNickGreer yeah back in November I did a Native American Heritage month videos on my kungfuhavok2 channel on CZcams. I named, I believed 4 or 5 Gijoes who are Native Americans. I belive Airborne is either an Apache or a Navajo but I can't remember for sure. Also the episode you posted on the island. His younger brother Tommy is in that episode & he has ESP powers or something.

For the record, Airborne in the original cartoon is voiced by Peter Cullen, the voice of Optimus Prime!

The Airborne in the gray vest and blonde hair isn't an evolution. It is a different character that used the same code name.
