The Canadian Forces hasn’t really been an issue for any government for decades! But, please don’t try and claim that the previous conservative government treated the military well… The military has not been treated well in a very long time… Certainly not during my lifetime, and I was born in the 70s!

Trudeau is a joke. That said, we did promise hit the 2% in 7 years. Which is close to doubling our current spend. I get that we need to get to 2%. Not saying we shouldn't. But we can't just double our spending overnight. Its gonna take a few years. 20 years ago 3/4 of the countries in NATO we're not over the 2%. We have increased our spending about 0.5% over that time. So IMO, commiting to 0.8% in 7 years is a pretty big commitment.

And I mean everything: climate change, inflation, etc. I get bored listening to him. He's a broken record. We Canadians will give him the opportunity to govern, where he won't have Trudeau to blame for everything. He's an insufferable ass. But he's got my vote.
