Yes, I live in Indiana and have experienced “the courts” firsthand. Many don’t adhere to Constitution or have respect of rights. Currently, we are watching a real sh*tshow here in regard to a murder case that has garnered international attention. People ARE learning from it, though.
The courts are part of that percentage. Judges make a lot of money and are usually educated in the "correct" schools. We also rarely challenge judicial elections on a local level.

You'd have to do a lot of research and the answer is often still not found. I spent hours in our last election of judges. Pretty fruitless for the most part. Also, you come across those who deceive, once in. I could go on and on on that one. This is also why the likes of Z 0 r o $ and co. fund many key local elections, figuring noone will check.

My Sister went to U of M and then DePaul University and is an attorney and after 30 years finally paid off her loans. My Brother and I went to a Trade School for Electronics and both have been retired for a couple of years now. So who's really the smart ones, not my Sister.

Thank you, I live in British Columbia and I wasn’t allowed to see my mother as she was dying while suffering from dementia. I was allowed to go to her funeral.

I think the word educated has been corrupted. It now means you spent a lot of money to regurgitate "facts" to get a piece of paper to give you a station in life. I think at one time it meaning gaining knolwdge to make one's life better and more fulfilled.
