feels like a nice vacation house but for me lack of privacy is a no for me that price.

The property is situated on a gentle sloping hill with neighboring houses. Not sure where you saw a cliff on this one. (Although other houses do have cliff side living without railings, this isn’t one of them). Safety nets are also installed for additional precaution. @@ExpoluxSD Lolol Touche'. Let me rephrase.. when I said "cliff" I didn't mean the side of a mountain or hill.. I meant there is a clear LEDGE with a substantial drop that surrounds at least two sides of the court.
Not sure about allowing the shadow of the transformer on the power pole in the video. If I was going to spend $22 mil I wouldn’t want to see power poles.
