KNOWN ERROR: During the intro, it is said that the flight is from Phoenix to Miami, it isn't, its actually from Las Vegas to Phoenix, my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause
I once flew Southwest Airlines from KFLL to KDEN, it was April Fools day. So when we pulled into the gate the Captain said; "Ladies and Gentleman this is your Captain from the flight deck, we Welcome you to Albuquerque... April Fools! Your in Denver..."
cool story, also Happy april fools day
@Jay Colten stfu scammer
I like Southwest's method of handing out snacks and drinks. On other airlines, they come around with the carts blocking the aisle so they have to keep on going back and forth from the front/back of the plane to clear the aisle whenever someone needs to use the aisle. It takes forever for these airlines to do the service. When I flew Southwest in the spring I swear it took only half the time as Delta or American.
TheNormanator jetblue, they also have the basket of snacks too
southwest are known to have funny flight attendants that make people laugh
true
One time they said “get ready to blastoff”
Just a quick note on the taxi speed at Las Vegas. When taxiing to runway 25R, it is a downhill taxi for the majority of the route. If you ride the brakes you heat them up. A side effect of that is reduced effectiveness when you may need them the most... a high-speed rejected take-off. One has to make small brake adjustments to keep the speed below 40 knots and also small adjustments to prevent early brake heating. Thus the faster taxi speed. That's just an editorial note for this particular airport.
Thanks for sharing your experience! Very interesting and informative review! I really loved the personalized service that Southwest offers when it comes to the serving of drinks during the in-flight service. Thats how Southwest goes the extra mile! :)
I’ll be flying with Southwest Airlines next week for the first time , being that I’m a regular Delta airline frequent flyer , With service from KATL - KLGA . I’m excited .
This video made my night! I flew on N431WN when she had old interior and exterior in 2015. Epic trip report!
I live in Vegas. Love flying out of there. The SWA terminal is phenomenal
well... Id say its aight considering how crowded the corner gates could get
Logan Donnelly Dont ever have a layover in Vegas at the Spirt terminal then🙄
I just came back from vacation, it was about 10 PM, last flight of the night for the pilots, and they let me in the cockpit when we got to the gate and showed me the instruments, and I got to sit in the captains seat of the 737-700. Coolest thing ever.
Believe it or not, you are providing an exceptional service to our airline industry with these Videos! Please continue uploading and updating we are definitely very grateful!!!! 👍🏼🛩💺✈️🛫🛬👌🏼🙏🏼
omg i can see my house from here
My favorite airline, and my favorite jet. 💙💛❤️✈️
Nice review man, I love flying with Southwest. They have really funny flight attendants that always manage to make you laugh.
It’s my number one airline flying from Burbank and Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
Southwest pilots are know to taxi fast all the time
David Bradley agreed . AND THOSE TAKEOFFS phew they roar em up at the turn
Isn't it cuz all the money they're making is in the air the longer their on the ground they're not making money.
Hopefully your flight was as good as your Vid was.
The SW 737 aircraft looked very polished, makes me think some of the reviews on SW are unwarranted.
Seats, aircraft, not to mention that landing all looked first class.
Your Vid quality was as good as I've seen.
Keep posting!
thx much
Keep up the good work bro , much love
One of the best video's I've watched. Thank you so much!! Please delight us with another one of your video's next time you fly.
Perhaps as a goodwill gesture, because the flight time was so short and there were passengers who didn't get served drinks, there should be the offer of free drink coupons--my family lives in AZ and it always amazes me when I fly in and the sky is overcast--I do like SWA''s standard of two free checked bags
Have all the 700's ben refitted with blue seats, they look way better, i scored 2 planes with these a few months ago on SAN-SFO and SFO-SAN
I flew on a United 737-700 from Sarasota to Cincinnati and it still had the classic fat boxy windows
😂 that’s the exact flight I’m doing tomorrow fll to phenix
From fll
phoenix *
Great tripping report man
At 12:15 when you say that Business Select passengers get a free premium drink, how do they recognize you as traveling under that option? Because they take your boarding pass at boarding.
Thank you, I was wonder how that worked and the coupon makes sense
I flew SWA two weeks ago. They stopped collecting boarding passes.
Wait what you mean Southwest does not offer Pina coladas in flight as part of the alcohol option?
Watching this at McCarran about to get on on of these at gate C7!
8:15 That's a SWA taxi for you!
the sad thing with my family is that I have only flown on southwest in my whole entire life
I love Southwest, but tbh it’s like that car that you get “just to get you from point A to point B” and it’s very reliable
If southwest is that car... then I’d like to know what spirit is lmao
iTripReport A moped 🏍 that’ll brake down after the first month 😂
Etihad- Rolls Royce
Emirates- Bentley
Qatar- Mercedes-Benz
American- Ford
United- Buick
Delta- Cadillac
JetBlue- Lexus
Southwest- Toyota
Spirit- moped 🏍
Frontier- Subaru
Allegiant- 1998 Ford Focus (that’s about to break down)
Lufthansa- Audi
That’s the best I can do lol
I was recently on one of these planes
Awesome video
I love the take off's of every flight and the first 5 min. So cool
How comfortable was the seat? A lot of the reviews on seat guru are very negative regarding seat comfort with the new seats on the SWA 737-700.
ive never rode in a plane, thanks for sharing your experience! just one question, i noticed on other videos u can check in online, do i skip the check in process after doing so online?
Nice Trip Report, smooth landing in PHX, flying the same way soon, you can see it if you want! Go ahead and subscribe! Thank you!
Nice trip report! What's the name of the song you used at the beginning?
Thanks! The name and link to the song are found in the description of the vid
First video i seen where the engine is that loud
The engine sound same as B737-800 and A320
Paul Tom yes, and like the a319 I flew on one a month ago with United
Nice Vid. I have a question.
We are flying to Vegas soon and on our return Flight, we have to switch planes in Houston to a different Flight.
How does Seating work on the connecting flight since there is no "24 hr" check-in possible.
Is it "Run to the Connecting Flight to get the best seat"? Or do we get the same seats we had on the previous Flight?
So confusing.
Thank you. :)
Although i am not 100% sure, I think you will get a different boarding group for your second flight, since unless it is the same flight number, you might be seating somewhere different. You would be better off asking the airline about this, since i never actually had a connecting flight with southwest that required me to change planes
Thank you.
What is your favorite aircraft type to fly so far? Boeing or Airbus? Or does it depend on the airline?
Flynmc Boeing and I have to change my profile pic because I have an airbus there😅
I like them both, Boeing just a tad bit more. To me, it depends on the airline whether I like an aircraft or not. Some airlines go for a very basic design and pack seats in while other airlines spread out the seats and make their planes more home like.
PHX? that looks very similar to LAS
route was LAS-PHX-SAN, there was a mistake with the intro, very sorry about that
Hello I love your videos and I have a question. Do you know how to get the registration or know what aircraft your getting for one specific flight if you do please tell m. Thanks!!!
I look up my flight within 24 hours of departure (doesn’t always work) on Flightradar24.
Has N957WN got it yet??? Did they redo the sidewalls too?
No, I flew on it on October 10 from Sacramento to Ontario, same old interior, and livery.
I’m flying with this airline in May and I’m scaredddd
Don’t be, it is ok.
I am about to board on Southwest airline Boeing 737-700 and I'm scared as hell about it. Is it that type of plane that blew up upon take-off?
We’re the seats big and comfy? I fly on that same airplane soon
WN is Southwest Airlines NOT SWA....
Are all -700s getting this seat upgrade??
+Clark McKee I wouldn’t consider it a seat upgrade but yes they are all getting it
Did you pet allow on Southwest
Talk about junky. No in-seat entertainment? WOW. And their prices are sky high, no pun intended.
J Smith That’s why I always fly Jetblue. Far cheaper than Southwest, free wifi, free TVs, and free power outlets. Also, Jetblue has the most legroom in coach of any US airline
like if you like the AirTran seats.
Hey! Miami Airport doesn’t have Southwest Airlines!😡 Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport has Southwest Airlines
I want to go on vacation with my girlfriend to Massachusetts
Why dont you ever speak?
idk? Just in case people prefer to listen to the sounds instead of having my voice interrupt them. Also because i tend to speak too fast.
