- Here it is,,The Maryland version of BBQ. I show you how you can make this Mid Atlantic favorite on a Pellet Grill.
Ingredients:
Beef Top Round or Eye of the Round Roast
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Oregano
1 Large Sweet Onion
Tiger Sauce
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon or Lime
Prepared or Fresh Horseradish....as much as you can handle!!!! - Jak na to + styl
Great video good sir! I’ve been smoking briskets for years, and sometimes I just need a charred beef sandwich like they used to serve at the typical Ale houses where I grew up in Delco PA. I’m setting up a charcoal snake in my Weber and letting it do the work overnight on a trimmed brisket, no extra wood just charcoal. I have some Corropolese rolls, some copper sharp, and horseradish, will slice some thin onions. Kinda cross between a Philly cheese steak and a Baltimore pit beef. Wish me luck.
