I haven't made my own vanilla yet. I will one of these days...
I watch BECKY aswell🤗 Her garden is unreal. She also has GREAT recipes. She makes vanilla sugar with the used beans. She dries them out in the dehydrator & then puts them in a jar & let's them sit. I dont remember how long though. If you dont have a dehydrator. You could probably use your oven on the lowest temperature or in a air fryer on low or table top oven on low. Just dont leave them in long enough to cook them just dry them out for a few mins. I think Becky just talked about the vanilla sugar on one of her latest videos. Because she mentioned she was all out of it & needed to make some more...
