When people are confronted with difficult times, some buckle down and work from a good system of values. Others however are willing to result to violence and crime to get what they want. Desperate people do desperate things in dire situations. I use a cane to walk, medical necessity, and have taken American cane fighting classes - a form of martial arts. It's a medical device and can't be denied even by TSA.
