EASY CHEESY BEEF CASSEROLE

Hey guys! Today I'm going to be making an easy cheesy beef casserole. This is an easy dish that my whole family loves. Give it a try and enjoy!
Ingredients
1lb ground beef
4 cups rotini pasta
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups pasta sauce
2 cups cheddar cheese (1/2 cup for sauce, the rest for the topping)
