- Photographers around the world captured some amazing shots of the supermoon on November 14, 2016. This supermoon was the closest full moon to Earth since 1948, and it won't look this big again until 2034.

The super moon in Australia is what I witnessed in Canada back in 2012. Let me tell u, I got scared. I thought it was headed straight for us. There have been so many miraculous things which I’ve witnessed. One was the moon, the other a full rainbow, which took up most of the sky, whose colors were so solid. Each band was so wide. It was nothing I’ve ever ever witnessed or knew could exist. I have never seen a stock photo, anything online, or elsewhere, come close to what I saw. I still, to this day, cannot get it out of my head. There have been others more miraculous which I would rather keep to myself 🦋.
Its highly unlikely for moon to appear that much vivid without a shift in its course of rotation. Stop being non sense

Saw the exact same type of moon that was shown in the Australia frame the same year here in the Philippines. My whole life, I was doubting whether it was real or in a dream.
I also saw a moon like this as a child. I don’t know if the Australia one is a zoomed in camera effect or not but the moon I saw so many years ago looked that big if not bigger irl. I was alone that morning so I also sometimes feel like maybe it was just a dream. It was incredible.

I remember here in Australia that moon. I had just finished work and driving home. It was incredible it was so big never ever seen the moon it was right in my face. And I just remember saying dam I don’t have a camera.
This is exactly what happened with me today. It was huge and orange in Cameroun, so close to earth. I was on top of a hill

This event is called the "Supermoon" or the "Harvest Moon". This event isnt normal and occurs when the moons orbit is closest to the Earth while being a full moon, causing it to look massive with a slightly orange texture.

I remember when i was younger i saw this same exact moon, I think it was more red, my mom was driving home and i looked to my left, saw how big and red it was and thought it was the end of the world, that was my first time witnessing a super blood moon (i think)

Don't have any super moon photos from Bharat ( India) ?
Our earth set to be in a goldilock condition ( everything is just right the way it is like gaps between earth ,moon ,sun and other planets) if disturbs any of this balance it will catastrophic for us.
Example: If moon orbit little more closer to earth it creates gravitational pulls and it churn the oceans to unfathomable and dangerous, it kills all life in earth. Yes moon revolve earth in a bit oval not exact round.
But no one can visualise such great difference of moon size from earth anyways.

This whole thing is just highly zoomed in 😂. The moon is barely any bigger, it's only bigger by 14% in real life. It's physically impossible for the moon to be this huge in the sky, and if it was there'd be tsunamis and huge storms.
