Plus: seeing someone dive into less mainstream verses for scaling like Star Rail is great to see aswell xD I'd definetly be all there for more excursions to verses like this
Pretty sure in the simulated universe they talk about Aeons and being dimensions above characters multiple times. Theres even like scaling for Aeons that puts them at like 11D/low-Hyperversal, cuz the simulated universe is supposedly conncected the Imargianry Tree from the extended Mihoyoverse.

The Aeons are so strong that Herta, who can mimic the power of the Imaginary Tree when expanding her simulated universe, will only be able to put a shadow of their actual existence into the realm. The whole Imaginary Tree is only one level of transcendance below the Outer Gods from extended Mihoyoverse, who scale to low-Outerversal.

I feel like Toyotaro and Shueisha at some point decided to plateau Goku at universal. From the last couple of arcs he really hasn't shown or done anything drastically different. Most animes have crazy progression in power, which dragon ball did have early on, but not anymore. At this point all the z fighters need are hax, and hyperdimensional feats. There's lore for it, especially with the makai realm, so I don't see why they hold back so much.

Minor correction but Welt actually isn't one of the strongest characters from Honkai Impact 3rd, he's actually pretty mid tier and gets bodied on two occasions, which goes to show how powerful these characters are

i played 40h~60h when it came out, but sadly its just genshin 2.0 with turn based combat and a honkai skin mod And instead of just using Honkai 3rd manga images to talk about star rail you could directly talk about Honkai Impact 3rd, super cool lore (until moon arc and part 1.5 but ye....) cool characters ect. apart from that your BC videos are really great, i watch every signle one of them

In Honkai: The Imaginary Tree is the structure of the Universe and the Worlds are space-times or leaves on the tree. The size of each dubious at best but its not that relevant scaling wise.

There's definitely a lot of issues with the Welt stuff. Like Welt isn't really comparable to any relevant Herrschers. Even in his prime. He's not even top 10. He's cool though. Welt's power is the power of Reason. Which allows him to construct anything within human civilization that he has completely analyzed. Or you could say the Herrscher of Reason is the embodiment of human civilization. I don't even want to get into the Anti-Entrophy VN scan about the eleven dimensional shit. So many contradicts and anti feats. As well as poor translations. Welt is comparing Herrschers to Aeons. He showing his misconception by elaborating on the differences in power between a single Aeons minions which are superior to Herrschers. Which is very very apparent if you play Hi3. Welt is basically saying "I've seen some shit, I've never seen nothing like this". And it makes totally sense too because Aeons operate on and across the Imaginary Tree. They aren't confined within any one leaf/world upon the Tree. The same cannot be said about the Herrschers. All that Welt has seen only extends a single world. Not dealing with cosmic conceptual entities that can effect the structure of entire universe (Imaginary Tree). The only things compare to Aeons in the Hoyoverse/Honkai Universe are: Finality from Hi3 (might just be Terminus from HSR but unlikely based on the differences) and the Ruler of Will from GGZ.
