Community Chest Charity TV Show: Angeline

Mdm Angeline Tiong was once a jovial person who enjoys the great outdoors. That all changed in 2013 when an incident at work led her to suffer from frequent panic attacks. Diagnosed with anxiety disorder, Angeline struggled to come to terms with her diagnosis but eventually sought help from Club HEAL, a social service agency supported by Community Chest. There, she went through counselling and participated in social activities designed to help participants gain confidence and resilience to cope with their conditions.
Today, Angeline is a Programme Executive at Club HEAL and a certified Peer Support Specialist. Watch her story of strength as she journeys through darkness to find hope again.
