I freshly mill my einkorn, would you recommend sifting before I try this recipe? I think freshly milled is different from the all purpose einkorn flour that's bought in stores.

I do not know about freshly milled, sorry 🫤 is it pretty course in texture? I would love to start milling, do you have a recommendation on which kind works well for einkorn?

Hello :-) yes Einkorn flour is a little bit course depending on what setting you mill it on.
I have the Nutrimill classic and I love it :-) it is an impact mill so it will grind your flour into coarse or fine flour versus the burr mills which often have trouble grinding wheat berries into-fine flour
