That's exactly what I thought. They have a house they OWN and they don't take care to maintain it. If they don't have the skill, that's ok, but then have an expert take care of damp and wet walls (worst thing possible for a house!). They should be a bit grateful for what they have, because way too many people are not as lucky.
How stupid are the homeowners? Unbelievable!!! 12 years of doing nothing!

I like the black tiles in the bathroom and the silver paint is cool!
So the biggest investment you will ever make, your home, you just let it fall apart like it's a joke? How immature are they? Like throwing dollar bills out the window for years. If you don't like to do home repairs call in a handyman or rent an apartment.

So they have sewage piped into their house water supply? And their little boy was drinking it? How is it that the family was not deathly ill most of the time, or that worse did not happen?
I can't believe that anyone would buy a house with a connection between the water supply and the sewage line. They didn't have a buyer's inspector! NEVER look at a house seriously without your own inspector.
And if they want to improve the looks of the vintage refrigerator in the basement without tin foil, they can get enamel paint for appliances.
Sewage connected to water lines....l can't.....caulking is your solution to a leak....are they mental??
Why wouldn’t they call a plumber???! They said they don’t know what’s going on so why not call in someone who does??!!! Smh!!!
These idiot owners are letting the house deteriorate around them, and they are the kind that wonder why its happening ????duhhhh
why does the husband think that its funny to laugh at the fact that he is incapable of doing some work himself....this is your biggest most expensive asset so you need to take care of it you plank!
