- Will Audric Estime be the Broncos new RB1? It sure looks like he has a chance to be. He's got all the tools you look for in an elite back and he's only 20 years old? what does that mean for the other back on the team? We break it down here!

As a notre dame fan I’m happy seeing all the hype for audric. He dropped so much for someone who should have been 3rd round talent and a lot of analysts had in a lot of top 5 picks before the draft.
I believe his recent knee scope may have had to do with him dropping. He just seems like he's so well rounded. Cant wait to see him play!

He ran a 4.7 40 yd, but watch his tape, he is faster. Yes, he did trim down for the combine, if you look at his tape, he is bigger. Lickin my chops for this season, because we have a coach who knows how to get the best from him.

I agree This is Probably Willams and Perines (possibly a Cut come the 53 man roster) last Season here, Think Estime and Watson are gonna be the future backs of this team
I met Audric and know his family. Top character guy from a great family. I patted his shoulder, the man is a beast and a really nice guy.
He definitely seems like it! Always a huge plus when someone has great character. Can’t wait to see him play. And the #37 looks nice on him!
RB by Committee has been the way of the NFL for years now. There are very few cowbell RBs these days. Javonte will be the starter assuming he can return to pre-injury form. McLaughlin, my favorite Irish football player (LOL), will be change of pace. After that will be a good stable of bench RBs that can come in and spell Williams or McLaughlin and keep fresh legs in the later quarters of games. I'm still not willing to get excited about the Broncos just yet, but I like the direction the team is headed in.
Hahahaha he's a great Irish Running back! Yes, it's true there are minimal bellcow running backs and I get why, but I think it's a bad strategy. I do ultimately believe it will be a running back by committee but curious how it will play out. I worry that our play calls will be more obvious based on who we have on the field. That was a problem last year.
Hoping for the best out of Estimé but still praying for a return to form from jovante... what he did his rookie year was special and hurts to see him not become what he could've been.
I like Audric. With that said, time will tell. There have been guys with his same build and who were faster that never found success in the league. It is easy as Broncos fans to think every new draft pick is going to be great. And while he plays faster than his combine numbers showed, speed and quickness absolutely does matter in the NFL. And while I like what he did in college, the NFL is a whole other stratosphere with regards to the quality of defenses and players he will be having to go against. Rookies rarely ever come in and take the league by storm. I will add that he does not look bigger than 221. His measurables on that front look right on. I will also add that I highly doubt that he will be a 3 down back simply because it just is not the standard anymore in the NFL.
Appreciate the insight! You make a lot of great points. It is rare to see a pure 3-down back anymore. Realistically, I think his role in this offense will be a bruising type of back at the end of games to run the clock out along with Javonte.
Mark, he reminds me of an Earl Campbell that played for the Houston Oilers. Very tough to bring down. RB1

I have been waiting for someone to hit holes in this entire league. Like why do rbs run straight into a D lineman when there is a hole to the left or right. It’s like coach “said” this hole der da derr can’t go in any other😂
