I greatly enjoyed attending this event, I drove all night after work (12 hrs) to get there by Saturday morning and threw a tent up next to the runway. Enjoyed meeting some great people, food was good, entertainment was good and a very relaxing environment. The best part is my favorite you tubers made themselves easily available to just walk up and say hi! I completely intend to attend again next year if the good folks of Clemens decide to put this event on in 2021. Keep up the good work Bryan!
Godamm this makes me want to move to the USA. Aerodromes here in Australia are just so opposite to this. Im envious to watch you guys enjoying the spirit of Aviation and allowing the public (and the kids) to connect to the planes and people. You are all lucky.

Very cool and very nice job of promoting other fun things you can do with Aviation.
Actually, it wasn't converted from an old hanger. That was just the add on. Originally, it was very very small. Like the size of a normal living room. They kept adding on as the restaurant grew, and is now a major stop for pilots and av geeks all over the US. I live not too far away from there and know several people that store their airplanes there.
That was a fun weekend. Hope they keep it there and not move it to osh.
A buddy told me about having a memorable meal in a great little diner at an out-of-the-way airport in SoCal called Chino.

Fate would have it that a few weeks later I was in Ontario California on business. The union shop wound up early on Friday, giving me time to run down the highway and sneak in a religious visit at Mecca (Planes of Fame) before catching my commercial flight. Across the parking lot...just as described...was this quiet little diner. I walked in to grab a late lunch and for some bizarre reason unknown to me, I ordered stewed ham-on-bone with lima beans and cabbage. Serendipity. followed by a coffee and a huge wedge of cocoanut crème pie. Another 1500 calories of even more serendipity. Then the bill...$9.00.
Next time I'm back at Chino my first order of business will be reacquainting with the diner. The famous planes come a close second.

Have to disagree. Crappy live music with big screen TVs? No thanks. This has to be the worst I've seen.
The LIVE music is NOT an everyday thing...this was during an event (first time event too). The atmosphere actually was very impressive.
