22 years ago I came home from work. My neighbors girlfriend had gotten drunk in the afternoon, and came into my house when she locked herself out of his.
When I came home I went in the bathroom to take a piss, and she was passed out in my bathtub. I called him and told him that his old lady was drunk and in my bathroom, and that he should probably come home. He asked me to check and make sure she was alive. I went to check her pulse. She sprang out of the shower and started screaming at me "what are you doing in here, you don't belong here. HELP RUDY! HELP!!!" I tell her "calm down Anette, you're in my bathroom, and I just came home from work. Everything is ok, get some clothes on. I already called rudy, he's on his way."
So Rudy gets there and she tells him some story about how I tried to rape her. He is telling me he's gonna murder me. I have the cops come out because he's broken one of my windows. The neighbor had to explain to him that I hadn't been home all day like she claimed. Luckily he was mowing his lawn when I came home and I talked to him at the mailbox. Well the neighbor also saw her come home about 20 minutes earlier with some guy. She'd been cheating, and didn't want to get caught. Rudy, believing her. Told people everywhere that I tried to rape his girlfriend. It's been proven I never did anything to her. She kept spreading the rumor at work "a bar" and it got her fired from her job. I took her to court to get a judgement against her. Which she's never paid. I have been vindicated "legally". I still have people tell me they heard that I tried to rape a woman though. 22 fuckin years later. It's still heard around town, after one weekend of it being spread through some bars! Hard to own a business when 22 years after a false accusation people come in to harass you about it in front of customers. They're just starting to use these tactics on social media now, but this is nothing new. The false accusations have been destroying men for longer than any of us have been alive.

After my ex girlfriend and i broke up because she fully came out as lesbian, we both agreed to stay friends. But after she started sleeping with my good friend (who’s a guy), it was too much weirdness for me so i ended my friendship with both of them. She was so offended that I didn’t want to be friends with her, she told her family and friends that i molested her.
I was arrested at my house, my parents kicked me out, i lost most of my friends, and now i’m in a legal battle with her.

A friend of mine's brother, had a girl that he was involved with. He decided that he wanted to break-up with her so he did so. She spazzed out of course, they got into an argument, and he left her apartment. The next day, he started getting calls from people threatening to beat him up and kill him because she accused him of raping her and beating her up. Things got so out of hand that the police/law even ended up getting involved. He lost his job, he lost friends. It was all bad. He eventually got so exhausted from trying to clear his name that he committed suicide. Poor man was only 19 at the time. Just beginning his journey into adulthood. After the fact, she confessed that she lied about it to one of her friends and laughed. She even had the audacity to say that she taught him a lesson. This girl literally smashed her own face and cut herself up just because she was mad he didn't want to be with her anymore. The friend told on her and of course she denied ever saying it. People started turning against her (others still believed her story). She ended up having to go off the grid because of the amount of hate she was getting. It was a crazy time. So I understand how men would feel nervous about that. There are really some crazy ones out here that are just so evil in spirit that they would literally stop at nothing to destroy these men. It's truly disturbing.

I worked for a guy who had two women make EEOC complaints against him, claiming sexual harassment and discrimination of promotion due to their sex (when they wouldn't put out, raises were withheld). He was let go, and they hired a woman from a competitor to take his place. Later the two women were at a conference with several other people on our staff and over drinks bragged about lying to oust him because he wasn't giving them raises. He literally had no say in their pay structure, and was a married man with children. Sickening doesn't begin to describe it. That is toxic femininity. I left that place, and to my knowledge both still work there. Privilege.

When I was in high school, I was accused of rape. I’ve never raped anyone in my life, and never would. I’ve stopped a rapist before. But anyway, I’m a tall guy - closer to 7 feet than 6 feet. I was walking down the stairs after class, walking to my next one, and my knee bumped into the backpack of the girl in front of me on the stairs. I said sorry, and kept moving.
By the middle of the next period, I had the deans office calling me down, had to talk to all kinds of administrators, and I saw that girl in the office bawling fake tears about how I threw her to the floor and tried to rape her.
IT NEVER HAPPENED. She made the entire thing up. Word spread at school. I became known for being a suspicious possible rapist. It took years to clear my name and I bet there are still people who believe I’m guilty to this day.
She never faced any consequences for lying about me and ruining my reputation.

In India we don't have separate schools, just one school from 1st to 12th std.
So I transferred to this new school in 9th std and was in 10 th std at that time, I knew a kid in 6th std who lived in the adjacent colony so we knew each other well.
One day during Annual function prep week during which most teachers and participating students were busy in dramas etc.
I with some of my friends were in ground during free time so the Kid saw me and asked me to join his class (during prep week most teachers were busy so a lot of classes used to be free and sometimes if any class makes trouble usually some senior was send to control it) so I asked if anyone is assigned to your class ? He said no , so I thought why not , I haven't met him for several months.
So I went to the class , he introduced me to his friends and then I sat with them at last bench , taught them few maths tricks and astronomy , geography , history interesting facts etc
and then we started playing pen fighter, cards
and then suddenly a female teacher entered the class and we started hiding games and stuff! lol!
And then a girl stood up.
and I thought fck she is going to snitch on us! What was I thinking!
Did I forgot how girls use to be 3-4 yrs ago?
And then the girl said - " This guy touched me down there !"
And I got blanked! Standing there on my feet just staring at the teacher , I hear nothing after that the only thing I saw was that teacher's face!
Words couldn't come out of my mouth, I hear my heart beating one by one.
I got super shocked and stiff!
fortunately before I could collect myself up , another girl stood up and told - "that she is outright lying and nothing of that sorts happened and that she is sitting one bench apart and he is sitting surrounded by 6 boys and the moment he came in he hasn't moved from his bench!"
And then the whole class stared nodding and chatting.
And I realised that I got 99 in Math and I didn't thought of this! And I was the one who was teaching them tricks! I just got killed and saved in a Minute!
When I walked out of that class I just looked at the bright sunlight on the ground like walking from darkness to light.
That 1 min had that effect on me that even after a decade the scariest movie for me is - Atonement.
I never managed to get pass that scene till now!

Women I dated thought it was weird my daughter and I were close...I was the only person she had and she's blood...how can we not be close? smmfh. they complain about men being deadbeats but when he is responsible...it's weird. As a result I have no interest in meeting new people or dating. At my job I don't talk to anyone. Aba I’m sorry that happened to you man. Same thing happened to me. It’s ironic because I was literally mentoring a woman I wanted to see succeed. I was always extremely professional at all times and always had people around when I spoke to her. One day I was strategizing her performance review with a couple of new managers and she momentarily overheard me giving her criticism however she didn’t hear me going over the ways we could change our approach to enable her to be more successful. An hour later I was sent to HR because a sexual harassment complaint had been made against me. I was later passed over for a promotion even though I had a performance review that said promote immediately above peers. I’m actually not mad about the promotion because who knows maybe it was unrelated, however I become furious inside every time I even think about her false accusation.

But her friend’s mom told my mom that she won’t feel comfortable with her daughter at our house unless my brothers weren’t at home for the weekend. And my brothers were tall athletic black guys, so my mom being reasonable and not wanting any drama, she had my brothers spend the weekend at their friend’s house. At least their was a “warning” beforehand. Otherwise my brothers could have easily been accused for something they didn’t do. A crazy world we live in.

I am sure your brothers are good people and I understand that it is a shame that they would be seen as bad, but the girl’s parent had her daughter’s protection in mind when saying so. I know a case when a girl went to a bestfriend’s house for a sleepover and her friend brought her brother in the room and let him rape her. So both girls and boys can have bad things happen to them if they are in the presence of the other gender. It’s a shame but it’s an evil world we live in. I myself am really guarded around men and I also fear that my brother could get falsely accused. Both men and women can be evil. I wish everyone justice for every person that has been raped and justice for the falsely accused.

Back in 2008, I was 19 and had started my very first job at Starbucks. About 6 months into the job there was one day I was at work and one of the male staff members had made an off handed comment in a conversation to me with the smug look on his face like he knew something. He told me "I should stay away from female staff..." I had no idea what he was talking about. So I asked him about it and he ignored me like I he had a problem with me. A few days later, I was called in to work on my day off over a false sexual harassment accusation by one of the female staff. She said I had been hitting on her and making obscene sexual comments about her regularly. Which was a lie. I asked them to launch an investigation and the managers of that store decided not to and believed her word over mine without and evidence or proof. Mind you, I'm a black dude and she was a blonde haired white girl. The funny thing about it all is that white women are not even my preference in the first place. Mind you, this Starbucks was located in a wealthy white beach town in San Diego California. I knew there is no way that me as a Black male have a chance in hell to fight off a sexual harassment claim by a white girl. I was asked to resign so it wouldn't go on my record or I can continue working there. However If she were to accuse me of something else, then I could get fired for sexual harassment and that will go on my record/work history. With that on your record, good luck finding a job in the future. Being a poor college student I didn't have the finance to fight it legally so I resigned. 2 years later I went to a wine shop were I had bumped into a guy I used to work with at that Starbucks. He told me he had quit because of the insane amount of drama that had happened after I left. He had told me that after I had resigned they had hired another guy who was fired months later for sexual harassment against the same female. He claimed it was false but they fired him anyway. Then they had hired another guy after him. He got fired for allegedly raping her and getting her pregnant. The regional manager of that store had found it suspicious that 3 new male employees were fired for sexual harassment against the same female employee in less than a year at the same store and decided to launch an investigation. They concluded that she had made a false rape allegation and not only did she get fired but so did the managers of that store. No legal action was taken against her by the way. That was my VERY first job. And because of that I do not associate with female employees unless I absolutely have to. And I refuse to be in a room alone with a female employee

Reading these comments was a trip. So I'm going to share mine too. When I was a child my mom assaulted my step dad (multiple times tbh). This time she pushed him down the stairs and attacked him. He pushed her to stop her and she went screaming to the neighbors that he was abusing her. The cops were called and thankfully before they did anything they asked me what happened and I was able to tell them she had started it. I'm pretty sure the cops just warned them not to fight around me because it was inappropriate and left. My step dad ended up leaving us one night and I honestly wasn't even mad. I really hope wherever he is that he managed to find peace and happiness. The phrase believe all women is so inappropriate. You should listen to both sides, evaluate the evidence, and trust your gut. Just because people claim something doesn't make it true. I'm so sorry for all the people out there who have been the victims of false accusations.

And now when people ask and I explain they ALWAYS try to pressure me to go talk to her like....? What? Long ass comment ahead sorry. You know, I love my mom and she’s not a bad person but knowing her all my life I know what she can be like. She’s always had a very strong attitude and I’ve caught her lying so many times it use to piss me off. My step dad who is still with her after 20 years has his own problems but I think they mostly stem from the fact of how just manipulative my mom can be. But to be fair he has his own problems. My step dad has always been good looking and has had women flirt with him at work all the time but he allowed that shit back before he met my mom. Luckily back then things weren’t as bad so I’m sure he would’ve gotten falsely accused of something these days. Anyways my point is one day they start seriously arguing and my dad gets tired cause he knows he won’t win an argument with my mom so he goes to the room and shuts the door to get some peace. I was about 9 years old at the time but I clearly remember everything. My mom goes in the room like 30 seconds after my dad, maybe less and I go to the door because I’m worried and I start hearing them talk and my mom crying then I hear struggling shriek coming from my dad and then I hear a big thud so I get scared and start knocking on the door, I hear my mom cry in pain and my dads terrified and is asking if she’s okay but anyways apparently my step dad pushed her off the bed and she hit her hand pretty hard on some cabinets. After this whole situation when they came out the room, my memory is a little fuzzy there but I remember my dad saying to her or me that she started choking him while he was lying down. Apparently she mounted my dad and put her hands on his throat and I remember hearing that sound that somebody would make if they were being choked. One day when I’m older they get into another argument and she starts telling me alone“ you see how your father gets” even though I’m thinking to myself how hypocritical she is but so is my dad but in most fights I’ve seen my mother acts very crazy, yelling and cussing but as soon as my dad says one bad word, oh she flips it on him and makes him feel like the bad one. One days she tells me that he pushed her off the bed and nearly broke her hand and I told her I remember that because I was outside the door when it happened but I told her I also remember hearing you choke him so it was self defense. She got so mad and started to try and make me feel like an asshole or that I don’t remember things right cause I was just a kid. I understand memory is a fickle thing but not in this case. Usually traumatic or serious events like this are very easy to remember. That didn’t work on me. She knows I love them but I’m not the type to be manipulated, I’ve learned. I’ve grown up to be very weary of women just like I’m sure women grow up very weary to how men can be. I can say some stuff about my dad but nothing as important so just thought I’d share my experience. Again, my mom for the most part is a good person especially compared to her sisters and brothers. You have no idea how many times she has helped the family or how many times she’s given gifts and money to her nephews even though her sisters never appreciated it and never did the same for me when I was a kid. Thing is I try to be non bias and look at the facts and not get my view corrupted by feelings. I know the good and the bad about my mom and step dad. I believed if she ever tried to sue him for the still injured hand she has this day, I would’ve told the truth of what I heard. These days they’re mostly happy but...you know nothings perfect. Sorry for this being so long.

I do wish she would accept professional help, but you can't force that on someone. However, I think where I come from is a little different because as I got older, I became her main target. And it sounds like your home life was difficult, but also positive? I hope you can respect that although your parents may have good, my mom didn't have enough good for me to validate letting her stay in my life. If a woman is physically, mentally or sexually assaulted that's awful but men? Yeah they deserved that. Eh...no?! So sad we have to fight for men's rights now. But we must.

I was out with my childhood friends (2 of them) and one of their girlfriends.
We later ended up at my friends place (who had gf) and he fell asleep, meanwhile the other friend and sleepy's gf were chilling.
In front of the other friend, sleepy's gf started to move closer and closer to me, until she sat next to me, hand on my tigh she asked if I wanted to follow to their bedroom (the same bedroom where sleepy was sleeping in!!!!!!!!!!)
      I said hell no.
The other friend witnessed it all.
The day after when I went home, my friend, sleepy, calls me really angry, and asks why I tried to rape his gf.
I tell him that I haven't done it, and he should ask the other friend that was with us, he also says I didnt do anything.
BUT, my friend with gf, til this day, believe I did something.
We haven't talked since. He have children with this girl today.

And then they do everything they claim to hate from men. Mansplaining the facts, what about female victims, and turning the topic to women. And just listening to the justifications for why it's okay to touch a man without consent. He knows he likes it. He wants it. Look at how he's dressed. It's okay, I'm just joking with him.

My father was a pastor for most of my childhood through college years. He would take me on trips to visit families in the church and neighborhood, nursing homes, etc. and he always told me that the rule was that he was never going to put himself in a room or building alone with another woman without mom there with him. I always thought this was because of religious doctrine about sex before marriage and being alone with someone heightens the chance you would have sex before marriage. No, years later he told me it was simple: society trusts women and they don't trust men, it will be his word against hers and no matter what happens his reputation WILL be tarnished even if God himself comes down and says "yeah, he did nothing wrong."

As a married man, I have every reason to be "paranoid" about being alone with most women other than my wife. Even though my female colleague and I both know that we are behaving appropriately and professionally, what is to stop a third party from telling her husband/boyfriend, my wife, Human Resources, and/or the Police that she and I are acting improperly? This is not only applicable in the workplace, but everywhere else in particular. I have faced such accusations myself despite my most noble intentions. In order to avoid the appearance of gender discrimination, I am reluctant to meet one-on-one with anyone of any gender identity other than my wife, with a select few exceptions.
Where I come from, there is the very real possibility that a man can be arrested merely for "looking in the wrong direction" at a nightclub, let alone offer a lady a drink or inviting her to dance with him. Worse yet, the complaint need not come from from the lady herself. My survival tactic is to do my best to completely avoid the situation if at all possible.

The calculation was easy, which is worse, the accusation that young women get less mentoring and opportunities or that the company is harbouring/protecting sexual predators.

Human resources were investigating complaints from the female staff that they werent getting the same chances due to not getting mentors or invited to socialise with upper management. The male managers who only took on young men as their mentees were within their right to chose who ever they wanted and the company couldnt force them to pick women. They were all able to justify their choices on an individual basis, but with only 1 female chosen out of 87 mentoring positions is was obvious. After the case was closed, the ties came off and whiskey came out and the CEO asked what was really going on? She and the other directors then agreed to support the managers due to risk assessment.
Just to boot, the women managers also didnt want to take female mentees, the most common reason was they felt they, although excellent at their job, were moraly weak and would not be able to lead because they didnt take enough personal responisbility.
All the managers test the high performers subversively with the "down with the ship test". They find a way to test if the person would take one for the team? So far only 1 female passed the test.

And if I am in a rush, I have spoken loudly to a female I am passing her to inform her not to be alarmed and suggest she move to the side. I go by with my hands in my pockets, head tucked down, eyes averted and I fast pace ahead to outdistance her. I don't want to ever be in a situation where I could be accused of something because I brushed passed her on a side walk, or I was stalking her. Heck, I am the same way when I am alone and I look back and there is a suspicious looking guy or several guys and I too fast pace or I may slow down to let them pass. My brother was head of a department, but his male boss started to feel threatened by him taking his job. He interviewed all the women and told them someone had reported some sexual inappropriate suggestions by him. So he asked each one of them if they had had an experience. One lady said, “Well, one day he complimented my new hair cut...” they put that down in the report, saying she felt uncomfortable. This manager built a false case against my brother and he lost his career!! It was awful! None of it was true! But everyone else felt like they would loose their jobs if they went against that manager. It was awful. My brother is very shy with women and would never do anything to make a women feel that way! A man did this too ruin my brother!

    Gentlemen:
    1. Never close your office door.
    2. Check your states law with regards to recording & 2 party consent.
    3. Record & document everything.
Lastly, if a woman with whom you cohabitate ever calls the police & claims you harassed, threatened, or physically or verbally abused her do the following:
    1. Grab you wallet & any important documentation - including the # of a lawyer - for when you go to jail because you will.
    2. Move to SE Asia & become a rice farmer so that you never have to deal with American women ever again.

I’m sincerely sorry that for every 100 men, there will be a percentage who unfortunately and undeservingly will be falsely accused of sexual assault. Bearing false witness should be a crime, and in some cases is, though I’m sure that’s no comfort when the accusations are against YOU. So please prepare yourself and your sons to be respectful of women but precautious because there are people out there who are opportunists, malicious, and just plain crazy. If this seems burdensome, please try to remember, that though a percentage of men will be the targets of false accusations, ALL women at some point in their lives will be the targets of unwanted sexual attention, but you do what you have to do in order to protect yourself.

This video. I look a certain type of way (tattoos on my neck). At my first job I was very friendly and always helpful. I began getting accused of sleeping or flirting with my coworkers (it was all platonic, and majority staff was female so trying to explain was futile.) These rumors almost ruined someone's marriage and I was labeled a homewrecker. That's when i learned how toxic some people can be and the lengths they're willing to go for no reason. I work at a different store still majority female (which is totally cool) but I still get accused often of flirting even though I'm the one being stopped at random, and cameras see it, but it'd easier to blame the iffy lookin guy "cuz girls don't shoot shots" apparently lol

Obviously some not so nice things were said about here by the 60+ people who got charged with underage drinking, myself included. She decided the best way to get out of it was to say I was going to shoot her with a semi auto pistol. I was hauled out of class at gun point, locked up for two months, lost all my activities / Scholarship, kicked off varsity football. One of her friends admitted it was a lie later on. I lost so much time, friends, family, opportunities. I still have no reason why, just a whim ruined my life.

I often hear people say that if a black man is pulled over and they stay cool nothing will happen to him. This made some logical sense to me a while ago but it’s just simply not true. I think the best way for a white guy like my self to understand their perspective is to think about it similarly to the premise of this video. Because I assume (tell me if I am wrong) being scared that you could be accused by a women even though you did nothing wrong is how some black people feel about the cops. Really this all comes down to an issue with society and the legal system. Also I am not saying these two instances are equivalent I am just saying that they are close enough that a comparison can be made to help others understand the magnitude of the situation. Let me know your opinions on this.

If as a white man, you dont take steps to protect yourself from false accusations of cops then you have no sense of self preservation and that is on you.
The reality is most of the time, if anyone of any skin colour acts docile and submissive to a cop, nothing will happen. Not always the case, but most of the time.
This isn't to take away from anyone's lived experiences. It is merely to assure you that it aint a race issue, its a shitty cop issue in your analogy. Protect yourself, get a dash cam, and don't self incriminate. You may arrogantly believe that it can't happen to you because of your skin colour, but you're very wrong and theres a lot of white people out there that have found out. Take precautions and protect yourself no matter who you are, what colour your skin is, and what your gender is. Self preservation is important. It keeps you safe.
The issue I have with your belief is that if a white kid were to read it, he wouldn't think about protecting himself because you're insisting it won't happen to him. Your statement trains the self preservation out of white kids when dealing with cops. This world is dangerous no matter who you are. It doesn't give a damn about your skin.

But again that’s not what my comment was about I was purely pointing out the fact that a white male and a black male could do the same thing and statistically the black male has a higher percent chance of being shot. I was raised to sit very calm and keep your hands on the wheel unless instructed otherwise. Even though I am white I am still very cautious around cops but like I said that has nothing to do with my original comment.
