    I did 75 hard and soft ! Highly Recommend doing the true 75 hard with the whole point being to truly push yourself and hold yourself accountable. With doing soft/medium it was Soo easy to make excuses or switch things that fit our comfort levels and that defeats the entire purpose of pushing ourselves and doing more than we thought we could. It’s such a true mind shift and victory when you hit that 75th day. You truly do surprise yourself knowing you did it without making it “easier” ❤

    Hey 28yr old here, I’m starting with you! I have PCOS so it’s so hard to lose weight no matter how consistent I am which had got me so depressed at one point but now I love myself at every stage no matter my weight… However, & I’m going to try my hardest to lay off the wine, sugar, diary, & meat 😅! My bday is December 10th & I really want to feel & be much better by then Holistically! I strive to be a well rounded girly so I’m here for the self development content! I love It here! 😘👍🏾👏🏾💐🤎🫶🏾💪🏾

    This year I wanted to be more healthy and I have acomplished, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, I eat healthy 80% of the time! For 2024 I would like to read more the bible. I find it extremely hard to do it and I get bored even though i know its so important for me.

      Hey there. I saw a suggestion on reading the bible if it’s boring or hard to do… try getting a devotional or the bible app and find a devo there m. The devos gave scriptures that correspond with them. Sometimes just reading the verses will lead to reading the verses before and/or after. Write down what speaks to you. Take it slow.

    What an awesome Idea to start practicing what we want to become in 2024. Thank You !!. I love the idea of starting to get up earlier now so by Jan 1, it will already be a habit. I actually was thinking about trying to do the 75 soft challenge .. found a really nice journal/tracker on Amazon. I think I may start the Soft challenge on Monday with you. Thank you for all of the other great ideas/tips for planning for a reset. This channel has made such a positive impact on my life. I just tried my first Pilates class this week and I loved it !!     I am the same way, decluttering every season/ quarter. I still love a good new year cleaning but it’s definitely not overwhelming when you don’t have a lot to do

    Hiiii Janet❤. In Nigeria, we would say, "I don find you tire", meaning I have been looking for you and your videos😊. Hope you're doing great. So glad to see you back on CZcams. I definitely agree with starting now before the new year. I did a reset and got my life back beginning of this month. I am trying to create better habits and routines, be consistent and disciplined. I have been enjoying it so far. 75 hard seems like a lot tbh but I am currently doing some sort of wellness challenge where I have set goals I follow daily and tbh I am amazed at what I have been able to do so far, compared to where I am coming from. I am very motivated to keep pushing. And just maybe, I will join you in whichever of the '75s' you choose😂. Have a great weekend❤.

You look like your slimming down a lot. & my end goals are to pay off credit card debit and go all in on my fitness goals!     hey! do you have any tips for how to revamp your life at home? im a teen who cant drive yet and does my studies at home so i spend 24/7 just in my room while my family has busy scheduals. I feel like they all have lives and are actually doing things while i am left behind. i really want to go to the gym to add structure and all the health benifits that comes from it but i have no one to go with. If you have any ideas it would be much appreciated!

    75 Hard is too much of a stressor on the body IMHO. Lots of people quit it because it doesn’t teach one sustainable habits.
