I'm loving the sage green for this season as well! Of course, purple is my favorite color, so the lavender is always on point. Love it!
Oh, I just want to reach into the screen and hug little Holstein! When he cocks his head, my heat melts. Those scalloped terracotta pots are beautiful. I love terracotta for spring and summer. Inside and outside they are the perfect touch. Your 50 cent little blue plates was a total score!!!! I love layering plates, and can't live without my collection of chargers. Like you, I am guilty of having beautiful cookbooks in my standing ease, but not making the recipes. I change my cookbooks out for the seasons. I don't think I have seen anyone do their kitchen in a lavender theme. It is so soft and pretty . I have always loved misters. Such a cottage garden feel. And as much as I love Christmas, fall is my absolute favorite to decorate. To me the oranges and plums and copper and moss colors are pure magic.

Hi Rebekah, once again you have pulled together the perfect colors and decor to create a soft summer feel in your kitchen. Yes, scalloped edges are all the "thing" and yours are lovely and styled beautifully. Those terra cotta pots are so French country--love, love. Lilacs remind me of my grandmother -- she bought a different house than the one from my childhood, and bought it because it had a lilac bush like her previous home!!
The smell of lilac reminds me of home also. I got the B&BW lilac scent in everything they had! Beautiful decor and I always love seeing Holstein! 🤗

Our color stories have followed the same this year. Your thrifted finds are gorgeous and you set everything together in such a homey way. Just love it all! We are all here for Holstein! With that being said, everything looks so beautiful. But if I had to choose one thing, I think it would be the table settings on your counter/breakfast bar. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s the simplicity of it. Blues and purples and greens are my favorite colors. Looking forward to seeing you decorate the rest of everything.

I really like the vignette on the right side of the stove and the one in the corner. Your style is so pretty and I love the pops of purple! 💜 The scent I love is honeysuckle and it brings me back to childhood.

Everything is so pretty and welcoming -great job. I am using blue and yellow for this month on my breakfast room table - so cheery and bright. I do change the decor monthly on that table and the dining room table. Like you said, it starts the creative juices working, plus it’s fun. Your sweet baby is precious. We have a sweet cat, Olie, who helps me too. Looking forward to all your decorating ideas.

Hi sweet Rebekah, Holstein is so cute sitting on the couch eating his snack. He's just a little sweetheart. I love your choice of colors for summer. Everything looks so refreshing and relaxing. I love chargers but never use them, we use our table all the time. I just need something easy to pick up and move. Im hoping to use yellow, soft greens and very pale blues for my kitchen this summer. I haven't started to decorate it yet. I love the scent of lilacs and honeysuckle. We had both in our yard when I was a child. Love those scents, just takes me home. Great memories. Hug Holstein for me and sending lots of love to you and Holstein.

I love the tray by your sink with the bird cage. I have a similar scalloped tray like yours, but mine is round. The white vase with florals is stunning with the dough roller added. I love how everything is layered with so much color and texture. It's all so beautiful! I bet that purple hand soap smells amazing. You're so talented.

Rebekah I love the use of blue and purple this year, they really compliment each other. I have had a version of a sage green in every house we’ve owned. To me it’s a good neutral. I am like you, summer is what I struggle with the most. I want to minimize things a bit.

Another beautiful creation. Love all the lavender you used. I have been on the search for some dinner plates with some violets on them. So far I’ve found a teapot and four cup and saucers. I’m determined to find some. Pretty dinnerware is my weakness. I just bought some today at Homegoods. They have a pretty border and a basket with flowers in the middle. I will be decorating my dining room tomorrow and will leave them out until the end of May. Plan to make my center piece tonight. Holstein looks as happy as ever. Can’t tell he just turned six such a cutie. I have a couple favorite colors but blue is my most favorite. Love those plates you found for fifty cents. That was a great find.
