Zugverkehr in Stuttgart Hbf #6

- Von Juni bis November 2021 war ich öfter am Stuttgarter Hbf und konnte dort den Zugverkehr dokumentieren, wobei der RE12-Ersatzzug der WFL und später WEE sowie einige Werbeloks und der Deutschland-ICE als Highlights auffallen. Eine weitere Besonderheit waren S-Bahnen am oberirdischen Bahnhof, da der Tunnel durch Stuttgart in den Sommerferien 2021 gesperrt war und die S-Bahnen daher oben wenden mussten, mit zusätzlich interessanten Ersatzzügen nach Stuttgart-Vaihingen wegen Spurkranzproblemen bei den 430ern.

Nice video! Will all trains serve the underground section from 2025? Or also the current section (overground)?
Thank you! From 2025 onwards, every train will serve the new underground station. The overground station and every line to it will be completely demolished and makes room for a new city district and a park. We can just hope that maybe they will adapt the plan and keep at least a few overground tracks for extra capacity, but the political will for that sadly isn't really there - neither at DB, the land of Baden-Württemberg or at the city of Stuttgart.
@@thespone Ah ok! We will see. But I am looking forward to the new station of Stuttgart however I live in Belgium which is about 500 or 600 km away from that city.
Yes, the new station and especially the new high speed line to Wendlingen and Ulm will be nice. And for a weekend trip or so, the distance should be doable ;D
