indeed the outdoor sensors that break down quickly, especially the wind speed spinning top
This is usually entirely made of plastic and the rods break quickly.
You simply pay good money for a good weather station.

I have a Ventus W205-U weather station here
1½ years later outside sensor station was broken. A cup of the windcubs spinning top was broken off.
I glued it, it remains weak. I also have the idea that the plastic is affected by weather influences and UV light.
Good spinning top consist of three parts hub stainless steel rods and good quality cubs.
