- A TV Comparison & Discussion, we are looking at LG C3 vs Samsung S90C vs Samsung QN90C this will be a different type of comparison video and it will mostly be my thoughts on why I feel there is only one clear choice for people. My reasoning for this video is to inform all potential buyers I don't want you to buy the wrong TV based on past results and knowledge things have changed and you need to know its not close between these 3 TVs this year there is a clear winner for most potential buyers.

Can you get good colour accuracy in filmmaker mode on the s90c?
@@WhatTheFragrance From what I am told it is pretty good yes.
Does qd OLED get burn in
I wasn't too interested in QD OLED initially because I have the A80J and LG C1. Earlier this year i was able to get the 65" S95B for $1100 or so, and I'm so glad I did. We put our A80J in our bedroom because it was so dim. QD OLEDs are fantastic!
I also have the A80j with me and in two minds whether to go for s90c but didn't have anyone to get opinion on this! How do you see the difference between Dolby Vision and HDR10 on Netflix amd stuff? Since you have both the TVs in hand you'll be the best person to answer this 😅🙏
S95b at 1100 👌👌
Samsung S95B is still the best OLED on the market even in 2023...Get it calibrated and you'll have the best picture you have ever experienced...Excellent purchase...
@@lahiruperera2481 I haven't viewed them side by side, but HDR10 content looks good as well. Dolby Vision isn't perfect, but it's more of a nice to have. There's more Dolby Vision content than HDR10+, but I don't miss it on the S95B.
@@petedetraglia4776 Now that's an idea. I wish calibration wasn't $400-$500 though. My wife and I are still impressed with it every time we turn it on.
The QN90C is great for static images, like when used as a computer monitor.
I got a 77’ s90c and no looking back it is awesome love it!
You don't have issues with dark screen detail?
To me, the S90C is the absolute pound for pound, money to performance TV of 2023. I’m crossing my fingers to come across a good deal on their 77” near Black Friday.
I donz like samsung tvs because they have no dolby vision. And thats a no go for me
X95L :)
Do you think it would be a safe bet that you would get the next generation panel on the 65’’ S90C if you wait untill Black Friday ?
The S90C 77" is down from 5k dollars to 3k dollars in my country now, also get 600 dollars extra off through some special offer
@@AudiophileTommy I believe so.
I got my 65” s90c last week for 1,599 plus 5 year warranty added so total was around 2,000 and I’m extremely happy with it. I actually have to lower certain settings a little at night because its so bright. I was told that Black Friday most likely wouldn’t be that much better a deal on the 65” by Best Buy employees, but who knows really.
I think it’s the best bang for your buck TV around right now.
I just bought the S90C for 1300€ yesterday, it comes with free Galaxy Buds2 earbuds aswell, seems like an unreal deal lol. Hopefully I won't be disappointed, moving over from an LG.
Best Buy does year rounds sales for tvs and some other stuff, they don't really care about BF as much because they're such a big tech retailer at this point.
@@L4veyan well what do u think ?
@@1975mastergames Honestly, just buy LG. In terms of picture quality, it's great most of the time when gaming, but it also oversaturates colors even when turned down. When watching movies, it crushes blacks and has noticeably worse motion handling than my previous LG C8. Also I'm getting blackouts when going in and out of HDR mode, that might be due to the TV using DSC (display stream compression) and I really hate that. DSC broke some of my Nvidia settings, like custom res scaling, DSR, NIS.
Best bang for your buck is the 77 inch s89c at best buy for $1,799.
The s89c is quite literally the s90c just with a different stand and a slightly less accurate picture out of the box.
All it takes is a little calibration and they're both the exact same.
The 77 inch s90c is $2,500 even with $1,000 off. S89c is a steal.
Plus since it only comes in a 77 inch it's guaranteed 2ND generation QD-Oled panel unlike 55 inch and 65 inch s90c which maybe first gen due to panel lottery.
Thanks KG, enjoy you channel. I would definitely go with QDOLED but need at least a 85" so QDLED is my only option as of this year.
Check out the QN90B its a good price for a TV of that size and quality.
Thanks for that information KG absolutely Brill 🎉🎉🎉
I went to the store yesterday to see the QN90C, I'm blown away by the colors, It is vibrant and the blacks are really black. Mini LED is very close to OLED.
Same, but the Samsung demo really avoid problems...
Saw it in another store with another demo that was focusing on Miniled technology instead of colors (Samsung demo too), and the blooming around logos was evident. Buuuut at the same time, the G3 also show some natural blooming up to a point where I felt like it is really not worthy the burn in risk if you want to keep this TV for +10 years
Great video 👏👏 keep up the good work 💪
After much deliberation & research I’m going for the S90C over the QN90B. This video gave me a lot of confidence
Hey, I'm at a confused between S90C and QN90C. Did you go w the S90C? I'm not even sure if burn-ins are such a huge concern as it's made out to be...
came here for affirmation, just bought the 77in S90C paired with the Q900C soundbar, sounds like I made the right purchase, can't wait!
Thanks for this ❤️ I use motion interpolation in high for movies, which has the smoothest motion with less artifacts please?
I am hesitating between the s90c and Philips 807 oled. They have the same price. The Philips seems to be more complete because he can handle Dolby vision, hdr10+, imax. But the s90c’s screen is beautiful. I don’t know what to do 6:46
LG have better blacks, better os, better quality control, better upscaling and DVision.
Samsung a little more brightness and colours but I look both in live and have not notice much difference.... G3 yes was better and I notice that. So my choice was c3 for the same price.
LG has better blacks? What? The blacks on the S90C are completely black. You could not get any more black. IMO the s90C looks way better than the C3. Better color, way more brightness, HDR looks much better, gaming is much lower latency, etc. Who cares about the OS? Why would anyone use the built-in apps in a TV?
Same, I bought C3 and couldn't be happier and it's exceeding expectation.
The QN90C surprise me for well, look that bright and colors 🌈😳📺
Hey KG! Love your content!
What about dimming in S90C in HDR Movies? I've seen it gets really dark in certain scenes and TV Shows such as Ozark. Any feedback appreciated
Sorry I don’t know the show, is it like a bright movie then it gets dark?
Great videos thank you!
i just got a s95b considering the same s90c panel and less expensive
SOLD! Great review.
My issue with Samsung has always been their software. It feels clunky and has tons of gremlins. The LG OLEDs always have a great OS that gets constant updates and refinements, even YEARS after it has been supplanted (my LG CX still gets software updates). I don't doubt that QD-OLED is the superior tech, but hardware is nothing without good software to run it.
i would still get the C3 or even C2 instead. At least the WRGB is ok for burn-in, for the QD OLED tests looks like not so much
The S90C looked marginally brighter, but the LG seemed to have more accurate colors. Just look at the steaming teapot, LG looked crisp white, while the S90C definitely had a tint to it. Same in other scenes.
Thanks for the video. I agree that the reason why QN90C seems like a better option for me is my concern about burn-in; I just don't think it's worth the risk over a little better blacks.
Differences in picture quality between s90c and c3 looks marginal in this side by side comparison. If I was in the market for a new tv right now, I might get the C3 because of better build quality, better burn in protection, better blacks, dolby vision, and in my country's case, much better warranty. With that said, I'm very much excited with what we might get 2-3 years down the line when Samsung utilizes QD-OLED's full potential. Let's see if LG can catch up because I have a tv rack with the S95E's name on it.
In daylight the greyish black isn't an issue at all because that's the way our eyes view contrast so a grayer shade of black won't be a thing in a bright environment if you even notice it
Oled tvs without reflection coating are literally unusable in daylight so raising blacks is better than showing obvious glare and reflections on a glossy screen
I completely agree with you. In my country (which might be the same), Samsung has a questionable reputation, while LG is considered more reliable. Another reason I chose LG is because of its exceptional color fidelity and minimal input lag, which is ideal for gaming.
@@andersonalmeidazobel3875 the s90c has the better color fidelity and same input lag if not lower
I compared it with C2 and went ahead with C2.. i don't understand the fuss about S90C.. the difference in picture quality isn't much. QD OLED is still in early stage so didn't want to take any risk. Contrast is better in LG. Colours just pop out but aren't oversaturated
As you talk, I'm watching the comparison videos up above, and even there, the qn90c looks and stands out as highly unique, vivid, and high-quality.
Yup
Hi, we just got the Samsung Oled 90c and love it but UHD stuff still only plays in 1080p. Any troubleshooting tips?
Gee KG Im drawn to the QN90C here. I perfer your all out fast breakdown approach of what you perfer and why KG.
Id still love to see your thoughts on the QN95C vs qd oled though KG. Still waiting patiently for that one buddy..then maybe I can finally put it to rest....or buy it!!
QN95C would be the way to go, if it wasnt so expensive. Its funny, they already have S90C and S95C on sale everywhere but the QN95C often isnt even available right now. I really dont see it coming down in price that quickly.
@@MrVaeron Great comment buddy..I see its taken a price cut here in the uk. But it doesnt get much press considering how good it is.
How is the upscaling on the S90C? I stream my cable TV and some reviews say it falls short
I love these technical reviews. I've got a 10 year old Samsung UN60H7100 and a 3 year old Q850T QLED 8K and there's not a hell of a lot of difference TBH.
I think I will be going with the Qn90c I was considering OLED. But I will be using it primarily as a computer monitor both in productivity and and PC gaming. The response rate is nice on the OLED but the burn-in issue is a problem as well as my computer room is well lit 95% of the time and the brighter panel of the qn90c is the decider. It has near the OLED contrast and black as OLED but with much better other features.
i also zoned in on the qn90c for pretty much the same reasons, as well as better handling of motion at lower fps. it is such a versatile, safe choice in my opinion
@@venator9536 Do you have it right now? What size is it and how are the viewing angles? I want to buy the 43'' model but some people report bad viewing angles
Just got the 75" QN90C. My room faces south with two large windows, so far I really like it.
@@mrwilly41how are the viewing angles on the QN90C?

I was about to buy a 65 inch s90c, but I ended up getting a 65 inch qn90c & q600c soundbar for the price of the 65 inch s90c. Not too shabby. I’m a gamer/media streamer and I’m very satisfied. 😊
I picked up the S95C 77’ with their 800 speaker system for 2900 dollars in the Philippines.
Hi bro still not able to decide btw qn90c or c3. I wish u choose it for me. 50" size max i can fit in my room
Hi great info! Debating between s90c and qn90c. 75-77” for large living room that does get a lot of naturals light in the day. Do not game so this is primarily going to be used for CZcams tv, Amazon and Netflix AND sports- husband bug Sunday football fan. You still go with the s90c?? I’m just worried about the whole bright room but it’s more natural light then bright I guess 🤷🏼♀️and we only watch tv during the day on wknds with sports
What TV do you currently have and is that bright enough? I think the S90C is the better TV and it is bright enough for most rooms unless an extreme case of unblocked light coming in but the qn90c will certainly be the brighter TV especially in regards to watching sports and the better bright room TV but worse in a dark room than the S90C of course.
Bro... That QN90C is the best picture there haha. I found it was live as well and just grabbed the 65" for $1499 Canadian.... You CANNOT beat that.
I got a qn90c for $1299 cdn 8 days ago. Sorry dude!
I got it for $1500 Canadian as well last month however I'm on my 3rd going for 4th now having to exchange it because of bad backlight bleed. Maybe a bad batch IDK. I showed them pics each time and they agree it needs replacing. So they offered me the S92C for $2000 which I'm going to take. I love the brightness but the S92C is a better overall TV. Plus it's been a huge headache having to have people help me return.
@@drzoidberg1 I took it back and bought the S90C
@@Broxty I was close to doing the same but couldn't justify the extra cash.
@@drzoidberg1 I got mine for $1850, after seeing both first hand... It's crazy the difference between blacks and zero blooming. Well worth the price difference.
great video!
Great review @techwith KG.. what do u think of a80L 77 and 83?? I saw them at best buy and picutres look very dimensional
A80L is a great TV I’d say better than C3 but not as good as QD-OLED TVs.
You can't go wrong with either at this tier of television and the experience that it offers beyond picture quality.
Going by your video, I will take the QN90C. The color volume is immaculate. It also fits my general preferences. I bought an LG C2 last year, but it is hard to see past its lower brightness during the day, and I prefer to have the lights on at night.
Couldn't agree more, the only thing that I bet tops it is probably the G series or Sonys new QD-OLED, Sony A80k is a let down to me I already regret it, that said processing is un matched.
@@chrisjohnson7255 I’m total opposite , Sony A80K processing is the main reason it’s my favorite tv.
Game or watch movies in a controlled lighting environment, there has never been anything that looks good with direct sunlight.
I own a Samsung QN800A 85” which is one of the brightest Qleds ever made, Oled is King
When side by side the difference in brightness definitely goes to the QN90C but when it comes to showing smaller highlights they are the least bright on the QN90C than the OLED TVs unfortunately and the dark scenes tend to be a bit hazy looking at times.
See them in person side and side and your opinion will change
I bought a 77inch LG C2 last year, had problems with brightness (similar to you), returned it and bought a 85inch QN90B. I also prefer having the lights on at night.
The QN90B (and the QN90C) will be more than bright enough, but honestly if you can control your light in any way, the OLED is worth keeping. I have a lot of regret giving it up & whilst i have an excellent and more bigger TV, I still think about the OLED.
If you're the best of the best kind of buyer, then I would recommend keeping the OLED, but if your situation can't be adapted, then you have to get the QN90C.
I hope this helped you and any others reading this.
I'm surprised how people can recommend the S90C so critically!
Yes, the price is attractive, but the TV is not just a good panel, there is an OS, there is processing, upscaling, and good system updates, and all of these points you will find Samsung has a long history of failure, and they did not stop there, rather they decided not to support Dolby Vision!!!!
That's why you find Sony & LG have such a strong consumer base, they sell you a more polished TV experience for what you pay.
Hi great discussion! As a consumer, I don't think I'm ever going to buy an OLED because I just don't want to have to worry about things like burn-in, as low as the risk might be. Worrying about my screen burning in defeats the purpose of being entertained. My budget Samsung AU7000 65inch is amazing because I can just leave that thing on for hours and not even care. Not having to care is where I want my money to go instead of a little bit more blacks or some brighter white spots.
I have an S95B and I need another 65 inch now. Kinda want a Sony, do you recommend the A80L at all or is it best to just roll with the S90C since they are in the same price bracket?
S90c
Your points are fair, however, LG doesn't need to do anything as long as they're selling units which they always do. Traditionally, they always price their products at a premium during launch and then drop them significantly months later. Also, picture quality aside, people like LG's operating system webOS and all the features that come with the TV, so that's another big selling factor. As good as Samsung's TVs are, their operating system and accessibility needs a lot of work.
Who use TV OS lmao. Get a proper box. Anyway, LG WebOS is not that good anymore. They fucked that up when they went full screen instead of bottom bar and with forced adds. Eeeeww. Garbage OS just like all other TVs, eventually they get dirt slow and get no app support after 1-2 years.
I was at Best Buy & saw Samsung qn900C 8k tv😍
You think it worth buy this 8k even those no 8k channels to watch?
QN90c looks better KG. stop saying what everyone else says and stand out like you used to for Led!
I’ve seen them next to each other it was much closer when it was just W-OLED only but it’s different with QD OLED I always call what I see to be true it’s not about anyone else’s opinions.
@@TechWithKG OK thank you for that. it’s just that everybody’s always saying the same thing.
I see qn90c better too 🎉
2:05 your PC does have static logo on the screen, like the Windows logo or Apple logo. Does it create burn in? I use my monitor 6 hours per day. I seriously concern about it
The c3 looks better in some scenes and the same in many!
Software and gui is important too. C3 is more refined on this front.
I would honestly get the S90C over the S95C just because at the 77inch you're more likely to get the 2nd gen panel and not have to deal with possible latency with the one connect box.
Just me or the Qn90c look punchier in color vibrancy more than the QD OLED ?
Samsung and Sony QLEDs should still wipe the floor with any OLED (besides MAYBE G3) when it comes to peak brightness and color in any reasonable bright HDR situations. Cause even with 100% APL they have around 1.000 nits with now problem, while most OLEDs drop down significantly
@@MrVaeronit just gets a lot brighter. But some would argue vibrancy doesn't equal realism.
Yes I like de QN90C way more than the others
QN90C for me waiting for black Friday
@rockinfreakapotamuxs but do you like it for £800 more 😢
s90c is $1499 at Best Buy. I paid $1599 in June. Black Friday is going to probably be $1399 to $1499. I don't think it will be $1299 until 2024, because like KG said, Qd oled is getting very popular.
KG , another video that tells the tale. The qn90c looks pretty good. I still like my q90t from 2020, and my s90c is so good!
Where is the samsung qn95c, I don't know why it's not at Best Buy, do you.
That should be the best miniled ever, right?
I’ve actually been hearing the QN95C is a bit of a mixed bag, it does some thing’s better than qn90c but suffers in other areas that qn90c gets right unfortunately it doesn’t seem worth the price.
How good is the q90t to an oled? I can get one cheaper on the market.
@@TechWithKGyes I agree
hey friend the S90C is $1299 at Best Buy right now in the U.S, happy holidays!
Just ordered this 77" S90C for $1800 off Samsung with an educator discount a few days ago. Super excited to see how much better it looks than my 55" B2.
Huge deal you will definitely appreciate the difference
LG’s processing, upscaling, and motion is just so much better their build quality is easily more premium and the highly customizable WebOS is my preference over Tizen. I’ll really miss features like always ready (I haven’t heard of a samsung equivalent). But 77” s90c gen 2 panel $1300 cheaper than the G3 right now… I couldn’t justify spending the extra money so I grabbed the s90c it will be here next week. I can mount the s90c and get a qsymphony sound bar for less than the G3. Now am I willing to sacrifice color saturation, brightness, and color luminance for the better features on the c3 is the real question. I’m hoping samsgung doesn’t wreck the s90c through firmware updates to drive up sales on their more premium models. Samsung really needs to work on consumer confidence. I’m also hoping the panel looks as nice as the LG panels. I know the samsung display has the better tech, but the glass on the LG is beautiful even with all those extra layers the panel looks really high quality.
this entire paragraph is literally testament to the power of brand loyalty.
@@danielesquivel8936 nah I think anyone would agree the lg is all around more Premium and webOS is better and firmware updates are sketchier on Samsung and lg just has more proprietary features and it’s more customizable. These are literal facts. Rtings says the same thing. Now the uniformity on the Samsung panels are better but I’m referring to the bezel and the glossy look of the lg the coating and actual glass looks better that’s the only thing that can be considered speculation. But all in all I’m excited for my Samsung, I bought an appletv. So I don’t have to deal with Samsung ads and clunky OS.
I have a 77" S95C. Hands down best TV I've owned in my life. Colors are lush. Picture has such amazing texture and great depth. Watching 4K content has never been this good. I've owned other OLEDs and many FALDs prior (non Samsung) but for now Samsung is doing all the right things.
@@cyberathlete I’m not refuting the idea that the Samsung looks good. But TVs do so much more than display an image these days. Which is why I said the ease of use and processing isn’t quite LG. Samsung doesn’t even send notes with their firmware updates it’s hard to tell what they’re changing and they tend to force updates. If it were just about picture these two would be neck and neck. The richer color of the Samsung vs the better depth and brightness on the G3.
@@trayvonlittle9326 Samsung S90C have similar specs to C3 with cheaper pricing..
Also, it's the only TV in market which have 144Hz
Chinese OLED (55) is like $1000.. with kinda old panels & minimum tech.. but they're cheap
LG C3 (55) have great specs & panel.. but they super expensive with $2000
Samsung S90C (55) have new QD-OLED with great features/specs & reasonable price $1500..
Plz note that i gave 0 $hit bout brand loyalty.. I care for products it self.. S90C is overkill for it's price vs performnce
I have been told by 2 service techs from samsung that with my viewing habits I should stay away from the s90c. I am retired and watch tv about 10 hrs a day with dish network. The problem is almost all channels on dish have logo's in bottom right corner. So would you recommend the qn90c or sony x93l? Thanks, keep up the good work.
I don't see myself buying the S90C, for me, a Smart TV has to be smart and not just a monitor, I use the remote control mouse on the LG a lot to navigate between dozens of videos in each folder that are stored on my connected SSD to the TV's USB, as well as in apps, it is much easier to navigate through the content with the remote control wheel and access the episodes by clicking directly on it, being able to jump directly to any part of the episode or film to watch it again is also very useful.
The only problem for me is the brightness in game mode which seems to be easily solved with ALLM in other modes on the current models, I have a The Frame too and I hate having to navigate with the arrow keys to do everything, even typing becomes bad, I connected a mouse on it and it only worked in the browser, so I want to get an LG C4 this year, the built-in Chromecast and support for updates for 4 years also help a lot with the choice.
Last year I bought the G2 & QN90B, if I was buying this year my first choice would be the QN95C followed by the S95C/S90C and then the G3 or Sony X95/3/L and if I was looking for a 98” then I’d get the TCL QM8 as it looks to blow the other 98” TV’s away this year
Yep. Those of us who actually bought LG and Samsung tvs at the same time know the Samsung picture and performance is better
@@buschg7106 I’m actually looking at the 85” QN900C and move the G2 to my bedroom

Samsung really needs to include Dolby Vision for those who want it and their sales would sky rocket in every market.
and DTS
I am one of those "FEW'. I believe Burn-in is a bigger problem than manufacturers are admitting to. If it is such a small problem why not match the QLED warranty! By omitting the issue of Burn-in they VOID the extended warranty. I did not have my LG oled on static screens, I used the tools available in settings to avoid Burn-in. But 2.5 years later I have useless TV...And I am out the cost of an OLED. The best LG will do is parts only... until they include Burn-in in the warranty Buyer BeWare!!

After evaluating the s90c, I would say it is a great value for anyone in that price bracket unless you are really sensitive to motion handling. I really wanted to buy the S90C, even after having a previous bad experience with Samsung, but could not get past the motion. It did have beautiful colors.
So you are saying the S 90 C can bother people that are sensitive to motion? If so, do u have a recommendation on which model, Samsung or other won’t? Appreciate the assist as my wife can be motion sensitive.
At this point, I am going to try the LG G3 but I am coming from a plasma, so I may end up with the Sony A80L instead. If money was no object, the Sony A95L is looking pretty good and I look forward to the reviews. I need at least a 77 inch and $5k is quite the investment for me. Plasma handles motion extremely well, so I am automatically going to be sensitive to it. @@DS-mr7gr

I am interested to know more. I would like to know your answer to the comments from @lorddrifter7296 and @DS-mr7gr
Are you talking about soap opera effect? Is there anyway you can turn off? I can’t stand it
Hey KG, I love your honest review. Do you think it’s worth looking at any of the Sonys over the S95C?
Thank you! A95L most likely would be that TV as its also QD-OLED. You could make the case for the A95K too.
I's the qn90c ok for dark room I'm switching over from oled I do love everything about oled but I'm a big gamer and had burn in on 2 oled tvs already and that's a big disappointment for me so I'm trying to find something similar to oled
I have a semi bright room would the s95c be better? going for 65inch since it's slightly better and I can afford both but if I could save I'll save
I recently bought the Samsung S90C 77inch and it is an outstanding TV. The picture quality is really good and the gaming features are super great. I know the only small knock on it is the sound quality, but I still think even that is really solid (even though I am using surround sound with it mostly). Overall, it is a great TV and worth the cash.
I just went to Best Buy I bought the qn90c I was it side by side to the c3 and I went with qn90c
Switched to s90c from c2 n m amazed I'll nvr go back to woled
S90 C BETTER THAN LG ?
I WANT SWITCH TO LG C3 BECAUSE MY S90C IN FILM MODE IS TOO DARK,,,WITHOU DOLBY ;
Not a single thing where c3 can outperform s90c
is Samsung better for you?
I had c3 sold it
How much better is the LG C3 vs LG CX? I have a CX 48” as my gaming TV and I’m not looking for a replacement but I’m moving it into my bedroom and need a new tv for my living room. I don’t really care much about how bright it gets just decent HDR and Input lag because I will me gaming on it also. So is the C3 a go or should I get like an S90C? Oh and I’m getting a 77” for reference.
Thanks in advance anyone with answers
Pq I’m good with s90c (more concerned of reliability)
But wanted to ask, is there any known issue with s90c?
Also, will you guys go s95c if the price is just 100 apart? Considering possible connect box issues
The threat of burn-in is a 100 percent killer for the OLED. My OLED had burn-in after 13 months. Also, if you have any windows, it is a deal breaker.
One of the reasons I bought the Qn90c. I didnt wanna have to worry about burn in and longevity.
Picked up a 48 inch c3 for 749.00 at micro center and love it!!
It looks like if the c3 had more details, for example in the water ripples. Do you see this too in real live, or is it the same? I agree with you that the G3 is a phenomenon, it has a 3D pop I havent seen in other panels; and that is what the choise makes so hard. It is costly for that oh so attractive image quality, but if I go one step down that means a bigger screen (65) for the same price.. allthough I'am currently a bit in love with that (from the store video) 3d effect, I think it is more immersive experience to go 1 size bigger. It makes it a though choice for me😅.
I'm looking for the first video that's playing in the background. The one with the Africa animals.
Can someone please give me the link here?
Why does the C3 have a tint in the colors? I've noticed that from other reviews as well. Especially when it comes to the grey areas, the color kinda tints to the green side. But also, in some cases, I notice that the C3 has more accurate white balance even though I'm not sure if the footage on the display is shot in the accurate WB, that's what I'm seeing in some situations.
Dude thank you, I went with the Samsung. Absolutely destroy’s my LG C1” 77. The brightness and color contrast are phenomenal.
Hi sir, how’s the tv after 3 months? I’m looking to get a 65 oled or a 75 non oled
do they have the app for samsung tv using it as a pc monitor? i saw lg have lgtv companion app that have auto on and off without touching the remote..
so many side by side TV demos without 24fps panning shots. like does samsung take you out back with a hickory stick if you show s90c vs a80l skyfall pans or something?
QN90C looks better hands down i dont know what the rest of you guys are seeing but am not blind
People were talking crap about the ips panel yet the qn90c looks amazing because of it
I went from the s90c to the qn90c the oled was too dark no definition in dark scenes color was amazing the qled dosen't struggle in them dark scenes plus I play a shit ton of video games and was a lil worried about burn in
The 50 inch is va panel
@vtoscano111 yes that true .however I got lied to by hisense I got 83 inch qled and they said it was ips .it's va panel only 77 inch was ips .I'm stil looking for a 83 ips panel
I needed to hear this today! I just bought s90c and was having a wobble about a C3 🥶
Made the right choice imo!
If you don’t care about Dolby Vision then you made the right choice bro. Me personally though I just can’t do without Dolby Vision
The G3 only has better white brightness. When trying to get colorful images brighter the G3 washes out colors while they will still look good at same brightness on Samsung because of quantum dots.
Good video
Lol qn90c looks better. Such a shame that oleds are still missing that one thing to totally but them over the top. BRIGHTNESS.
That’s what QD OLEDs are for
@@jackdubs25 with ABL they will never be bright enough. Until heat sink tech becomes good enough & in a practical way, where they don’t need such high ABL. MINI LED, and better yet, micro LED are the future.
Is it normal for the qn90c to look warped if your looking at it from a side view? And also reflection looks weird not like normal tvs
As I’m writing, here in my country the C3 comes in at 400€ less than the s90c. Which is a lot of difference (33% of the ttl price). Adding the OS which is so much better on LG, I’d definitely go for the C3 right now. BTW, if I were to base my choice on the side by side comparison in this video I couldn’t tell the difference between s90c and C3 (the QN90 looks a lot brighter and artificial)
Yeah that’s a big difference in that case C3 might make more sense for you.
I've always prefered samsung tv but the difference between the c3 and s90c is not huge but I bought a s90c, why? After discounts and cashback I got it for £1020 a c3 would currently cost me £1260 so I got a s90c
The problem with lack of dolby vision is not how great dolby vision is or isn't. It's people like myself with dolby vision content which simply isn't going to play on the Samsung. Samsung should make it a paid optional extra in their app store.
Bought a S90c find the sound very good at low and medium levels such as feel no need to upgrade , the picture quality is outstanding,. Value for money and would strongly recommend this product.
I bought the 75” qn90c over the oled models because of burn in. I would love an oled but not until they get rid of burn in. I know you say no burn in but if you watch the actual tests of oleds there is definitely a burn in problem with oled TV’s.
What do you think of supporting the Dolby feature
Dolby vision is pretty overrated imo
And for Smaller gaming size TV? 42, 48, 50 inch, No S90C, need to look at QN90C, LG C3, Panasonic M980, Sony A90K...depending on the space/size of your room, 55, 65 inch is just too big.
Definitely getting the QN90c 😏
Do you think it would be a safe bet to wait untill Black Friday to get the 65’’ A90C to get a second generation panel ?
With his cheap it is right now, it’s kind of a no brainer!
It’s the middle of August in Sony still hasn’t released the A95L yet
