The ones that are sweet and friendly. The combative ones I don't want to be around. The tone of their voice and the words they use make me not wanna be near.

The stereotypes are crazy because I have lived in North East, Florida, and now California. All different types of Latino people inhabit those areas Mexicans, Colombians, Ricans, Dominican, Cuban, Argentine etc... Latino women are very ghetto, sassy, masculine, fight their man with words AND hands, a lot like scammers and criminals but you don't ever see them being stereotyped the same way BW are. People want to pretend that there's no personal racial bias and conditioning in this equation so hard man.

The best ex I have is a black woman. She was in her masculine when we met but when she submitted and felt comfortable in her true feminine essence she was amazing. To this day I could still call her up and she would meet up with me but different paths led us to break up. My perception of lots of black woman is, that they have no feeling of inner strength. A quite calm strength that give them the self esteem to be caring and friendly but at the same time not a push over. I see a deeply insecurity (?) they try to cover up by being loud and argumentive. The breakdown of families lead to women who don't understand how to be women and men who don't understand how to be men. The amount of immaturity in the black community amongst adults is appalling and sadly this is a result of the breakdown of families.

I have never ever commented on any platform before but the comments here are breaking my heart. The acidic, negative contruction of the black female in these comments and in the discussion is painful to watch and read. The women described do exist - we have all met them - but the fascination with the constant portrayal of black women as these loud, masculine, destructive creatures is disturbing to me, especially as it seems to be being voiced mostly by our own black men. There description does not describe me or my peers. I am all for self scrutiny and introspection, however I question the motivation and method. Is this meant to help black women?
I raise this because since starting secondary school last year my beautiful, dark skinned black daughter has faced the most disgusting, crushing verbal assaults from who?... Her own people - black boys. She has repeatedly been called a gorilla, ugly, fat and a man. Constant taunts about her appearance, her hair, her lack of a bottom. My daughter is stunning but she doubts everything about herself and is now obsessed with make up, hair gel and changing her clothes to be acceptable because her natural self (which is beautiful) has been derided by peers who could be her cousins, brothers or friends. Then I look on this platform to see a repeated, vicious attack on black women. It breaks my heart. If my daughter saw these comments it would destroy her and reinforce her growing perception that black females are not desired, are not beautiful and can not find love. She believes (already) that she will not find a black boy/man in the future to love her because black are actually telling her black girls are no good. Where are they getting this from?
Then I look here and see similar statements being voiced. My husband and I have been together 22 years and married for 15 years. My daughter sees black love everyday but sooo many of us have been poisoned with this self hate and as parents we can't compete with these destructive perceptions. The boys (black boys) at my daughter's school are winning. Their negative opinions of the black female are picking away at our child.
I ask the black men who are commenting here to remember that their words can be swords. Think about who you are cutting.
Your daughter isn’t limited to black American males. Most of them are losers anyway and will never support their families. She should consider other ethnicities, and if she wants a black man, then consider a real African or Afro-Caribbean. They are better workers and support their families. It was such a shock to her to experience this degree of viciousness from black boys. The men and boys in our lives don't suffer from this self loathing so it has been very hard for her and us. I just think it's important that Sa Ra and these other black men are clear that the black women they describe are a type and not to generalise. Their sweeping statements are poisoning the men of the future.
I am black, and I will not date black women. When I was a lot younger, a lot of black women didn’t like me because I wasn’t “black enough. “. I tried dating black women later, but it never worked out. Their attitudes will get excessively mean and they have become super controlling. Even though I've never been with BW'S I've witnessed on several occasions how so many of them are very controlling and in subtle ways talk down on BM, I've witnessed it in my own family of BW idk why they are like that.

As someone who is married to a wonderful black woman, for me it has nothing to do with skin, it has everything to do with attitude.

Being overweight is not just a "black women" thing. This is coming from a black woman who is skinny. Also, many whites are overweight as well and morbidly obese. Have you not seen the show My 600 Pound Life? In fact, America is the world's fattest country. The majority of people in America are white. As a West African woman I'm honestly utterly shocked and disappointed on how black women are generalised. Of course there are "ghetto" and "ratchet" black women like in every race.
I live in Germany and have never felt I was less desired because of my race or dark skin. I'm happily engaged to my Eastern European fiancé and before him, I never had trouble meeting high quality men.
What's most bizarre to me how much black men seem to degrade black women on social media, its just sad at this point, I have no words left and just pray for this division, hate to end. Kevin Samuels told black women to make it work with black men because men (other races) aren’t lining up to marry them. Black women are the most overweight group of women in the US, men are visual so it would explain why they don’t get more swipes on the apps. Most men tend to lean towards traditional women which typically are conservative leaning from a political standpoint from my observation. Black women have more of a feminist ideology and it manifest itself on how they vote which is 92% democrats. For many men it’s a non starter so they aren’t interested. It explains why Asian women are the most desired in my opinion.

It’s partially to do with the fact that the loud catty and argumentative black women has been shown in pop culture a lot. So I think a lot of guys don’t want that or that is the image that comes to mind.
The second hurtle to cross (especially if you’re a white guy in the west) has been just the general racial tension from the last 4 to 6 years. It seems like a lot of of the black community sees a white guy as an oppressive force. And I rather avoid those uncomfortable meetings with her family with that in the current cultural boat and climate.

I was on my own for a while. Life can be rough and can make a woman forget her soft side. My bf, husband now, we used to argue all the time. One day I realized I was competing with him, i was the only competing. I had to reach into my soul and find the woman in me. I backed off and let him lead. I'm glad I did. I’m a BW from the U.S and this hasn’t been experience at all! I get hit on, asked out and have been in relationships with men of many different ethnicities. My dating experience is from Jordanian/Syrian, Indian, Jamaican, Greek, Puerto Rican etc My current bf is biracial. When was on dating apps I had a ton of likes/responses from more non BM then BM but I think it’s because that’s who’s mostly on there. Non BM are not hard to get AT all! So I’m perplexed by these comments.

I live in Canada and right now we are taking in a lot of immigrants from African countries and many of them work in health care as do I. I find these women are generally cool because they haven't grown up in 3rd generation welfare homes but have been raised in nuclear families, so they have respect for men. Generally people prefer genetically similar looking people for looks. Not always but in general it is true and has been shown in studies. Especially men have it as a preference since they tend to prefer looks. Nothing wrong with that, anymore or less then picking other races. It's personal taste.

When I was in college, I didn't understand the reason why my Asian Friend didn't like black chicks. I loved my black women. He said they like birds. Now I understand why🤣🤣. In College wasnt really doing relationships. Got out in the world, good lawd I understand what he was saying. This was nearly a decade ago.
I'm a black man, I prefer Asian women. They're Stress free, feminine, less drama, simple. Black women (most) on the other hand are quite masculine, dramatic.
Also with men it has to be us Asian men that are the least desired but no one says it openly. You never see white women chatting us up.

Nah bro listen if you are not loved or celebrated here you need to think. 95 percent of the population are almost out of bounds for us. That can't be healthy. As a good looking Asian guy I do get Asian girls grudgingly telling me I am good looking. But white gals never even talk to us. Even in the work place they speak to us at arms length.
