      @@laibaaziz5901 Hi, my curls range from 3A to 3C, and while I have a ton of hair, the texture is very fine. It's also very low porosity. I can't put oils in it, or it gets weighed down. I do use Shea Moisture conditioners and shampoos for the moisture aspect, and if I go through a period of time where I moisturize it too much due to its texture, I use rice water to help with strength, because it will split and break easily after a certain length without.

Like, super thick and kinky like a black person typically has, or thin and straight to wavy, like for a white person? For those who need this.
    Wash your hair first. Then soak your hair in the rice water and let it dry in.
    Adding orange pills is a good idea for the smell and because of the vitamins within the pills (however minute in this quantity).
    I personally recommend a light mixture of tea tree oil, peppermint oil, castor oil, and extra virgin olive oil. To add to your hair/scalp care routine.
    Also cut down as much as you can on shampoo and conditioner as these strip your hair, leave your scalp dry, and add unnecessary chemicals/alcohols etc.
    I personally have completely given up shampoo and conditioner in place of washing my hair every week or two with a simple tallow balm soap. Same for washing my face/beard.

Once it reaches a boil shut it off. Put six large sprigs of rosemary. Put the lid on leave it on go to bed. In the morning put that in a spray bottle. Everyone vitamin E helps bring blood to the surface of the skin It also helps the hair follicle.. peppermint oil specifically very good. I just use one drop that's all I need.. You can put that in your rosemary wash. You can use the rice at the end of your day and the Rosemary in the beginning. Or vice versa... Anything to help me wake up. And just that little bit of peppermint oil feels so cooling and nice on your head..

    Don't *overuse* rice water on your hair however, especially if you tend to have a hair type prone to drying out. It technically at the base of its ingredients is starch, citric acid and any added essential oils. This could further dry out your hair, while also causing buildup or irritation if you're sensitive to essential oils or even things that are acidic in nature. Be sure to conduct further research into your specific hair type and what's most beneficial for its health. Too much of anything has potential to become a bad thing.

It can snap and break your hair like a twig! It's reccomended to use it just once or twice a month, but if your hair really needs it, once every two weeks.
      I once used protein in my hair without any true understanding of how to use it and my hair literally fried to chrisp!! In horror 😱 All I saw was my hair crumbling to the floor! And the sound was horrible, it was like listening to someone eating a bag of Chips/Chrisps! 🥠

      Massage your scalp with organic cold pressed castor oil before every hair wash. If you wash your hair everyday( try to wash it less, even every other day is ok, but if you can just wash your hair 1-2 times a week that will help) then just do this 2 times a week.
      Brush your hair very well to get the natural oils dispersed throughout your hair and start the stimulation of the scalp. Add your castor oil to your scalp and start massaging it into the scalp. Turn your head upside down and continue for 10 minutes. Raise your head back up and massage all over for another 5 to 10 minutes. Distribute what's left on your hands and hair down the rest of your length. Add your favorite natural cold pressed hair oil to your ends and add a shower cap and bonnet or hair scarf. Wait anywhere from 1 hr - overnight, then wash your hair twice as usual, Cleanse the scalp very well. Follow with your conditioner and hair mask, while avoiding your scalp and first few inches of hair. Let it do it's thing while you finsh up showering. Then rinse with cool water.
      Oiling, massage, not washing hair every day, [daily brushing to stimulate scalp:distribute the natural oils:remove any pollutants from the day], and shampooing with scalp focus, conditioning with hair focus. This will all keep your hair thick or help it to regain thickness and length.
      Hair Skin Nails vitamins are good.
      A daily multivitamin

    No rice or oils or anything else you put on your hair/scalp will make your hair grow faster. The speed at which your hair grows is determined by your overall health, biology and your genetics. If you use something and notice a difference its most likely because it’s moisturizing your hair and reducing breakage. A change in your diet could also increase hair growth but that’s only if you were lacking in vitamins before. It’s science.

      @@palestar828 Hi, just gonna be annoying for a sec;;;
      Wasting food (or, y'know, stuff in general) is a really really bad idea, I believe... If you don't like eating rice, I mean, you can maybe find another way to use it? Like, maybe as a phone emergency kit once it dries out, or you can stuff a plushie with it, or you can make some sort of craft, or maybe a noisemaker, idk...
      Just, do whatever, as long as you're not exactly putting it to waste;;;
      ALSO, if you want to cook it, first off, while I don't know much about this, I'm pretty sure that you have to add the water back, so it has enough for cooking, at least. Just assuming from what little I know; I mean, ramen is disgustingly dry without enough water, so anything else boiled might work the same, right? Probably not. But, moving on lol. There's so many different recipes! You don't have to just force white rice down your throat! If you add a lot to the rice, you can maybe make yellow rice for tacos, or you can add some stuff to make sushi... (for sushi, you will need other specific materials though! Also, it does get kind of tedious;;; but, just a few rolls can fill you up! Compacting food just gets so surprising to me...) probably more stuff I can't think of. Hell, if you just wanna throw some random stuff together, you can toss it in as an extra ingredient in a stew or stir fry or whatever else is made out of laziness lol.

    Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

    I do mine differently!
    I get rice and cover with water. I smoosh it around with my fingers to stir if you will, and cover with plastic wrap.
    I leave in a warm room and after 2 days its fermented!!
    I seperate the rice from the water
    Throw out rice and keep water.
    It can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
    I wash my hair with shampoo and rinse. Then i soak my scalp in the bowel with the warmed up fermented rice water and I massage my scalp over the large bowel or container so i don’t waste any of the rice water for 5/10 minutes.
    I leave the rice water on my scalp, i don’t wash it off at all!!
    This process helped me to grow my hair over 4 inches in just a few weeks!! I was amazed 😮
    Now a few years on, im going to start this process again because I have hair thinning 😢 and im a woman .
    Will help with hair loss!! Im confident of this!!
    When I was doing this for length, i noticed new hair growth also!! So im confident that it will help my hair to thicken out again!!

    I don’t follow her instructions but I do rice water in my hair for 4 years. I don’t usually do short hair before because my hair just wave or fly away look (I don’t know hiw to translate it into english) and it causes my split ends up but when I start rice water, I can now totally rock the short hair look cause it makes my hair healthier and it prevents me from split ends. I still have the slightly some curly hair but the important thing is I don’t get split ends anymore.
    All I do is wash the rice I’m about to eat and remove those water that you use to clean the rice and you can store it in the fridge for the last rinse after you conditioner or just use it right away if you don’t want cold rice water. I use it everyday before, but you can use it whenever you’ll eat rice so the rice wouldn’t go to trash

    This depends on the hair type but generally rosemary water does the same thing. Also, using rice water too often can cause protein overload on your hair which can damage your hair very badly. I just make some rosemary water by adding water and some sprigs of rosemary (you can also add ginger) to a pot and boil for about 20 min or until the water changes colour. Put this in a spray bottle and pray on your scalp every day. Massage it into your scalp and then just let it dry. You don't wash it out or anything after and it doesn't leave any scent. This works really well for me. Do your research guys!

    I don't make this very often anymore because I found a protein treatment that's amazing .
    But I wash the rice, I blend it in water , leave to ferment with the peels for 3 days.
