KFUPM & KAUST have postdoctoral fellowships.you have to apply online. In other universities, there are not any proper platform. You can email to any senior professor or chairman of department to asl about any available opportunity.

Sir mana madina university ma apply krna ha to uske liye high school certificate be mandatory ha mana abhi recently hi 2nd year pass ki ha abhi tk jo board ha unho ne sirf high school marksheet issue ki ha jo high school certificate ha wo normally 1saal baad ata ha to kya hum high school certificate ki jaga marksheet upload kr skty ha? It is better to apply for urgent degree.

Dear, they don't offer fully funded scholarships.. & I don't prefer to take admission with fee, they are very expensive.

Medium of instruction is English but in bachelor level they prefer students who know some Arabic as teachers are mostly Arabic..

They don't focus more on age limit. Just faith in Allah, prepare your documents and apply when admission will open. Don't think so much. If you rizq is here, you'll come and if not no-one can give you admission
