We signed a ton of solid players in FA, and had a great draft including drafting a top QB. Furthermore now we have a great coaching staff, and GM. Not to mention Snyder is no longer in power. Considering everything: we will be a contender sooner rather than later.

Raise Hail, I think the ceiling is 10 to 11 wins in a perfect season and the floor is and what most likely will happen is 6 to 8 wins. JD5 will keep improving throughout the season and the defense will keep the team in games and be competitive it might not translate into wins this season but just being a competitive team is a major upgrade from last year. #Raise Hail Left hand up.

Biggest upgrade was getting rid of Rivera and J Del Rio two of the worst coaches in the league .

Realistically as a skins fan I think they win 6-7 games but I think there going to be way more competitive than last year and could possibly push for the playoffs if everything works out

Drake is 21. We are very excited about him here in New England but we also don’t want him starting year one. There’s no reason for him to. Washington has a chance to contend. Over here in New England we’re not expecting to make the playoffs. That’s OK we need to do good too. Washington you guys have a chance to make the playoffs and who knows make a good run.
I want the over expectation to calm down some people forget we are literally in a full rebuild type of situation
From my past observations of both QBs, I do think that Daniels has a quicker release than Maye and any other QB in the draft, but I think the two videos are not properly synched, so the difference in timing between the two is not fair to Maye.
I agree with part of what you're saying... Maye may have been focusing on placement of the ball rather than the release... but whether the video is in sync or not it's obvious that JD has a very quick snap release ball is gone... DM has a draw back and much slower release... don't focus on sync in the video just look at each one individually
I expect the Commanders to be more competitive and win 8 or 9 games.

Oftentimes what we did to become successful is not enough when you make it to the pros. You have to turn it up even more. Not continuing to do what you are use you. You have to build upon it and not take the mindset of what i use to do hit me here so I’ll just do that. That’s y a lot of people fail in the nfl.
What do you think about Sam Howell being the most sacked qb last year? Has Washington properly upgraded their oline? Just asking as someone who would like to see Jayden Daniels thrive.

Texans didn’t improve in just one season; they built a solid team in the previous draft prior to drafting Stroud. They had more setup. I wouldn’t expect a 180 for Washington just yet. I think we’re making big steps forward, but we will need another season I think to make some noise

You always under promise and over deliver. The fact that the Patriots are doing that is smart. Top QB rookies have enough pressure. The truth is, if Jayden Daniels starts, he will become a bust. It's a trainwreck about to happen. People try to compare him to CJ Stroud and throw in Joe Burrow. CJ Stroud went off on Georgia, and Joe Burrow won the National Championship game. Both have better NFL arms. CJ has an elite arm. Jayden Daniels doesn't have an elite arm. It's simply going to be a long season if he starts. Give him at least a year to sit. Jayden Daniels played on a talented LSU team, and he struggled against top competition. The NFL is a different beast. Jayden's claim to fame is running all over a terrible Florida Gator defense. If he sits for a year, he will have a better chance of survival.
