Dehumidifiers expel heat from the top vent to the room. So I doubt it can lower down the temperature.

Most of the time I am using it for cloth drying since I am staying in the condo without balcony which is very useful and less humid. The drawback is it will make your house feel warm when humidifier is turn on. This humidifier costed around MYR 950.

yes. you can set the humidity level from 30% to 70%. noise level depend on which mode. around 35-70db
