Who knows what this officer prevented!! That young guy was up to no good!!
#1. He went to a mall far away from where he lives, because he wanted to "find a different mall" to hang out at or whatever.
#2. He approached little girls. The cop said "children". It was more than obvious to the cop they were underage.
#3. He had liquor, and was intoxicated. A jar of weed. Maybe he was going to invite the girls to hang out and drink & smoke with him.
    #4. He had a gun.
All of that looks shady as f**k!!! This kid had evil in him. Instead of just running, he decided to shoot at a cop. Even if he succeeded in killing him, he would of been caught. They had already ran his name, plus the BWC footage, and CCTV footage all over the mall.

All the officers involved were professional. I saw one version of this on youtube where someone commented that off camera, multiple officers "emptied clips" on this "poor young man". Liberal media at it's core. This station and law enforcement should be praised for quickly showing what actually happens in most of these situations. Why won't people learn that if they would just comply things would go a lot smoother. Yes, he would have spent some time for the weapon but he would be alive and could make a fresh start. But no, people have to be stupid. I feel for this officer. I don't know him but can you imagine if he was a dad and he was made to shoot at this young man. @@TronBons there is another video from the mall police. He was first confronted by an officer in the mall. The officer told the kid to leave the mall and the officer followed him out. The officer could see the kid had a jar of weed and asked to search his bag. The kid runs away and as he's running he pulls out a gun from the shoulder bag he then turns around and shoots at the officer. The officer fires back the kid takes off running and a chair is on. The mall police meets up with the police officer in this video and you know the rest. Hope this helped
