question for you fine lads: would you consider darts to be a dexterity-board game ?
Adam have you ever tried Catacombs? It's a dungeon crawler dexterity game. I think you'd love it
What a great list! We are honoured to be part of it. Thank you! 🙏
Are there any Canadian venue you recommend to buy your game ? Portable Air Hockey ? Yes Please!
@@Midragor Amazon?
Congrats to your beautiful son for getting a job in construction, Adam! I sure hope nothing happens to him while playing Men At Work
Omg that sliding on the crockinole board is so satisfying
I feel like Ice Cool needs a mention. The fact that you build the play area from the box is awesome, and who doesn't like the idea of being a Penguin chasing fish in a school.
When I hear Men at Work references, I just smile and hand you a vegemite sandwich.
Finding out Adam loves Crokinole as much as I do has been one of my favourite discoveries of 2020.
Bought Klask last year and my wife and I love it. We're both in our early 60's for reference.
I could listen to Adam lists all day long!
OMG, every single one of those games looks so much fun! Those are ones I'd love to see you all playing a full game or two of.
God I love crokinole. Ill forever speak so highly of the game. My fiancé even enjoys playing. (I’m not even Canadian)
''Put on some Enio Moricone and make sure you build the town so it's not quite big enough for the 2 of you'' God damn, you are golden some times Adam XD
Great list overall got most of these and the kids love them. Men at work is on my to buy list
I love this list! Thanks so much. I'm interested to know if any from this year, like Crash Octopus, would make this list now!
Really cool to see Catch the Moon get a shout-out! Love that game!
When I caught up with a bud I hadn’t seen in a bit last year, we hit up a local brewery and they had all kinds of board games but we’d played Crokinole for a good 2 hours. We were basically playing with curling rules since neither of us knew the actual rules
junk art is my favorite of all those, I have it, its always a hit with everyone I play. and they always want to play more.
Terror in Meeple City (formerly known as Rampage) is the only true Dexterity game in my library. Nothing like putting a car onto of your head and flicking it into a freaking building to then munch all the meeples up.
Strangely people are less willing to use the "breath attack" in the era of Covid.
Wow! Nice content! I also want to share this Lagim Card game that my family and I are enjoying. It's amazing that they actually came up with the idea of Philippine Folklore since it's kind of dying down a bit. It will surely educate future generations.
aww man, I really wanna see you guys play Flick Em Up, would be a riot, Oli may not come in last place
First time hearing about Crokinole and I'm definitely intrigued. I always wanted something a bit more portable than shuffleboard and this is kinda like that
Love Crokinole! Also Meeple Circus is a great dex game.
A good stacking game to play with little kids is Animal Upon Animal. There are different versions of it, even a bigger one , I think.
I will have to try out Rhino Hero Super Battle , but the girls aren't tall enough , yet ! :-)
Flick of Faith is a very enjoyable dexterity game. Always best with 4 players but good fun.
Catacombs, Flipships and Flick Em Up: Dead of Winter are my top dexterity games. Recently backed the updated version of Dungeon Fighter, but have yet to play it yet.
Is Pitchcar the El Fakidor of Dexterity games? ;-) Another great video, you guys are giving me lots of pointers for the next game purchases! :-D
Today I managed to get 6 nimmt and ticket to ride. thanks for the suggestions, I can’t wait to play them
"Suspend" is a fun and simple dexterity game which replaced junk art in my collection.
Flip Ships is worth a look, I'm curious if Fuse counts since that has a little bit of stacking involved, but it's primarily a co-op dice collecting game (in real time with a somewhat sarcastic app)
👀 great games to get
My favourite dexterity game is probably pool. If Twister is eligible than surely billiard tables are acceptable and technically are tabletop.
0:35 Totally unrelated, but that's Bosnian television comedy series "Crazy, Confused, Normal" =)
Crokinole reminds me of a game called carrom that we Indians play.
It's a nice combination of shuffleboard and carom!
I miss Carrom. It's a great game.
Carrom is the predicessor to crokinole
@@BronAsreal There's actually no historical proof of that. Carrom has been traced back to the 1700s in India, and Crokinole to the 1800s in Canada, but the connective tissue between the two has never been established. They could both have easily evolved on their own from billiards, shuffleboard, or other games.
@@glenndallas7171 I definitely think it is a case of parallel game evolution from a common set of predecessors. It is like two dog breeds both having a common set of ancestors but neither having evolved directly from the other.
Great list! But i'm missing Meeple Circus. :)
"If a ball falls into your opponent's hole, that's a point for you.
If your opponent's mallet falls inside their own hole, that's a point for you.
If your opponent loses control of their mallet, that's a point to you!
If your opponent gets any two of the 3 center field magnets stuck to their mallet, you guessed it- EVERYBODY DIES, oh no wait, sorry, I mean to say, that's a point to you!"
Adam, NRB- Xmas 2020
Push is poor man’s crokinole and tiki toss is loads of fun.
You guys should really get a carrom board. Think crokinole but cheaper, pool but smaller
6:46 *Goro has entered the chat*
never heard of any of these games and I lived in Canada for 6 years, and love Jenga... why are dexterity/action games so underrated or ignored?
Flick Em Up and PitchCar promptly added to my buy list. Many thanks as always, good sir.
Thanks for this list but seriously, 8 out of these are nowhere to be found in my place 😂
Kung Fu Zoo is a fun dexterity game :)
I can recommend junk art, but especially on a wonky table in a wonky house.
Does Duel Monsters enter in the Board games category? (Is Yu-Gi-Oh! Actually good?)
Caram board should be on here, v similar to kroconole
We need a video adam sleeping with the crokinole board
Ey Klask! Tomska, Eddie, and Elliot played it for #CONTENT
3:00 Can you hear the thunder?
Crocinole is literally curling the “board” game
Crokinole kinda reminds me of Carrom board
Soon everything will be pitchcar. Soon everything will be pitchcar. Everything will be pitchcar.
Crokinole is some what like the Indian game called Carrom! Isn't it?
Please play Crokinole on board game club
No mention of Elk Fest?
Really great list and some very fun games. Now, being Swedish I do believe that Klask is actually Norwegian in origin, not Swedish. I do feel the need to point this out as Sweden ahs done enough to annoy Norway historically and that needs to stop...soonish...
ADAM: Digging a little deep, you're right! Our sincere apologies from everyone at Phenoma-Nerds to the great people of Denmark, and especially Mikkel Bertelsen, the DANISH inventor of Klask
Apparently, you have never payed Dungeon Fighter. It is a beautiful dexterity game that blows most of these out of the water.
Stonehenge and the Sun?
Cool😎😎
Your partner will certainly appreciate if you use these games
That Men at Work joke was a bit... Overkill, you might say.
The last one is basically marbles.
Klask, Flick ‘Em Up, Junk Art, and Rhino Hero: Super Battle are all cherished games in my collection while getting my own crokinole board is on my wishlist, somewhere near the top.
My favorite dexterity game of them all is Flipships, which is Space Invaders meets Tiddlywinks. It’s a great cooperative game and has been a hit every time I’ve introduced it to new players.
Flipships is awesome!
tokyo highway, ye...
It was Trevor's fault for leaving himself vulnerable!
It is closer to medical heroine, Adam.
No dungeon fighter :c
No Catacombs and Castles Adam? Tsk tsk
How does Adam know my dad loves ladders?
For real tho we’ve got 3 ladders we can not store.
Crokinole just sounds like curling but a borad game.
HAMSTEROLLE!!!!
Okay, it may not be a “board” game but Charades didn’t even get a mention???
I mean, it's video about starting a collection of games. You can't exactly 'collect' charades.
@@nick-playercharacter8583 Very good point.
help i am addicted to chess
I'm loving these but FUCK I miss GenCon!
fucking LOVE Klask
Klask loves you back ❤️
@@KLASKgame YOOO what's up Klask!!
Friends told me slide quest was invented by divorce lawyers...
Oh Adam, if you really new your demographic you'd make a joke about how Men At Work isn't based of the movie of the same name starring Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez.
Dose anyone not like carrom then ???
My only problem with Jenga is that the minute the tower crumbles the game's over one person lost everyone else won. I didn't cause the tower to collapse and I'd like to keep going with this game but unless someone took photos of the tower before it collapsed we can't. Still the whole concept of remove a brick then stack it is very fun and there's a natural difficulty curve with where the more time passes the harder it is.
Button football is better than Crokinole, just saying
KLASK! Is Danish. Not from Sweden. How insulting 😂🇩🇰
