Some great CSA consultation skills on display. What skills can you spot? (but don't forget to offer a chaperone). Also have a look at Pennine www.pennine-gp-training.co.uk...
Sir, first of all I really want to give you huge thanks for your work. But, please try to make the video more professionally particularly the sounds of the video.
I have bled consistently for 11 years now, I've tried moving doctors and no one cares, I am deteriorating everyday and the nhs especially now can do nothing for it. Please if anyone knows where I can get help I would appreciate it.
Hello This conversation is so good but the video sound clarity is very poor. Please do improve your video sound clarity otherwise this type video waste. Thank you so much i hope you will do.
Because as UK GPs you have to stick to a 10 minute consultation. Try and speak slower and empathetically and you'll quickly find you approach the 20 minute mark. Welcome to UK medicine. (Source: I'm about to qualify as a UK GP)
Brilliant work! Now I feel able to manage this condition within the time frame. Thank you so much
nicely done :)
Why is the diagnosis not DUB?

@@Anne-ku3lj Awhh thankyou so much, you're a sweetheart! I really appreciate it 💔❤❤
Hi. I used to be a PCOS patient with heavy prolonged painful bleeding. It sucks majorly. Consider surgical options please. Your life is important.
@@aygeeawowede1337 Thankyou so much that means a lot. I hope you're well hun, sorry to hear xx
@@mercedesangelesxo Yes I am completely fine now. Thank you.
This sounds exactly like menopause, or peri-menopause, causing menorrhagia. Also, tranexamic acid does not increase risk of blood clots!
In BNF it causes thrombosis, and embolism (rare side effects)
I can't hear well sound
Agreed.
V.Good time keeping

Menorhhagia isn’t that a symptom and not a condition? Surely the right diagnosis is DUB
I don't why the doctors sound too robotic. Is it me only feeling like that?
Maybe because I was nervous being on film?
@@tibiwibi78 I'm sorry if I hurt you. Filming is an extra pressure I can see.
Yea I definitely agree it doesn't seem natural, she just mentioned that she lost her mum and no form of empathy.
@@tibiwibi78 I really liked your approach. I'd be happy if you were my doc!
