Just goes to show even tho your proficient at one part of doing something doesn’t mean your a master across the board in the entire trade. Brock started watching them on CZcams because he wanted to learn how to be able to butcher other animals outside of the typical ones he hunts and butchers. He’s expanding his skills even tho he’s got plenty of money to go buy whatever he wants. He’s learning something he loves doing. It’s soooo great to see this side of Brock. This is as rare as seeing Sasquatch.

Awesome video!!! My dad worked in the butcher shop in or hometown in north dakota. They closed it in 1989 (the year I was born) and my dad made a meat room in the barn. Lol it was just some 2x4s and plastic and idk if you've ever been here but is cold lol real cold . So I grew up on the boning table. Every year he would process around 60 deer and hand full of pigs. But we stopped doing it around 2006ish. My dad had a pretty good battle with alcohol and i am very proud to say he is 6 years sober!! He is the greatest man I have every met. he would give the shirt off his back to help a complete stranger..and His new battle is cancer.. it started in the lungs and he had to do like 8 or more weeks of radiation in grand forks. So he would stay there during the week and come back and blow snow on the weekends for 19 different elderly people. He is an amazing man.. anyway I have been working for farmer ranchers for 5 years and I have been telling my ol man for years we need to start the meat room back up. After watching your guys videos I am now in the process of getting power and water back out to the family farm to rebuild the meat room. Thanks for all the knowledge you guys share
