He sold me on he will use the bench during the press conference. JB keeping his 8 to 9 rotation during the season is absurd not allowing his players to grow and have trust with each other.
Kenny signed for five years. Let's hope the Cavs organization let him build this team to a championship team. No hot seat talk, no team chemistry talk, or no he lost the lockerroom talk. Allow this coach to mold this team to an eastern conference power team.

@@bryanwilley2468 Mobley? Really? First he must learn to find open teamates early in shot clock. Hopefully his passing and shooting improves. Many miles on practice floor needed before he is on Allen's level.
@@scottrichards3587 what? He’s already a better passer than JA. Also, Mobley rarely got the ball early in the shot clock unless he got the board and brought it up himself in which case he did a great job of getting it to a guard to imitate offense. They NEED to get him the ball early in the shot clock at the high post where he 1. Needs to develop a mid range shot and knock it down 2. Take his defender off the dribble to find a shooter or finish at the rim. He showed the ladder late in the post season. He definitely needs to improve his shooting and tighten up his dribble but he’s shown WAY more flashes of a dynamic offensive game that JA has
