RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 large zucchini.
1 onion.
Salt. Black pepper.
olive oil
Oregano.
Paprika.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
3 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Oregano.
Paprika.
Breadcrumbs 40 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Parmesan 50 gr. / 1/5 cup.
mixing
Mix vegetables well.
Mozzarella 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
vegetable fat.
breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
While the cake is cooking, I'll make the sauce.
Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 2 table spoons.
Garlic.
Dill.

Do t waste your time. Just dip slices of zucchini in beaten eggs, then dip them in breadcrumbs. Bake until tender at about 325, same thing without all that time consuming preparation!! What a joke!!
